Like is it will take more than a few games for them to sort themselves out so just because they sacked him doesn’t mean they will suddenly be good. We will hopefully have a few more options in midfield just hope it’s not ward in goal.

The fact they’ve been worse than us……

Are we even at the half way point yet

we have 3 games coming up against teams that finished in the top 4 last season

Have you seen the next run of games Wolves has? It is horrendous as well

Man Utd

Spurs

Forest

Newcastle

Chelsea

Arsenal

Villa

Liverpool

Bournemouth

Fulham

All the way until March I don't see many if any good opportunities for them to pick up points

If they quickly get someone in place tomorrow and that man is Sergio Conceicao I will be massively concerned. Would be almost entirely down to Mendes.

I suspect it will be Moyes though.

Time will tell, my point was how can you compare teams on quality before even the half way point of the season when the two teams have had a chance to play half a season each.
Not to mention the fact that there is a lot of noise to say the Prem is becoming a closed shop, after 3 promoted teams relegated last season and the three promoted teams struggling again this season.
Depending on the how the result goes against Wolves, if they close it to Two points I think they have a much stronger chance of pulling away for the reasons I previously mentioned.

its quite possible by the halfway point we could have the worst defence/goal difference in the league currently we are shipping over 2 goals per game

Well that’s unexpected.

Cooper 5-1 favourite

Just imagine he gets job and guides them to safety whilst we plummet downwards.

unbearable thought

No way Conceicao is going there unless they splash 18M for him. Ain't happening. I can't see Moyes also accepting such a job for relegation battle. It will probably be a young fairly unknown manager which again isn't good for us as some of them are very good tactically spending thousand of hours in Football Manager.

Best for us would have been Cooper because he's absolutely clueless in every single department of football management.

No thanks.

I won't be doing that!

Pereira will likely get a bounce and annoyingly against us, but I don't see him being their saviour. Seems a choice based solely on who his agent is.

Maybe a point isn't the worst for us, but we've still got to go for the win. If we can sort out the defence we are a decent team but it's a huge if with this playing squad
