I think it was quite common from a lot of PL clubs up until the 2000s and still continued when we were in the football league.

Because we are at the lowest ebb we’ve probably been at for many years, if this gets rearranged and we have a few more players in, a competent keeper etc we might make a game of it, I’d rather now lose 6/7-0 today when we can rearrange
