King Power Out

You said in your original post you reached out to use 'the platforms they have to take some proactive action, we get nothing back' yet above you say you haven't reached out to me because you don't know me. So which one is it? You may have reached out to Ric but you haven't myself, yet felt compelled to say you've got an issue without ever speaking to me.

It's got nothing to do with 'the bollocks to reply to this one' to a post from someone I don't know who says they have an issue with me and Ric on a public forum about getting King Power out and then expecting neither of us to reply.

You're actually very wrong about it benefitting my media career. If anything, it is a hinderance and is entirely at odds with a lot of mental health and culture work I do, but obviously you know more about my own career than me. I have a responsibility to my employers with regards to what I say on the pod and have to tread the line very carefully as it may impact our access going forward. I've also got into trouble several times with my former employers regarding some comments I made of my own volition, so it's probably best not to speak what is or isn't best for my career when you frankly haven't got a clue. Ric doesn't even work in the media.

The BSLB pod has never and never will be about getting more listeners or soundbites and getting more opportunities for ourselves. If you had listened from the start you would know that. It's always been about holding the club to account, giving other fans some entertainment and a space they can voice their opinions and giving back to the community with the charity work we have done (like UFS).

If anything, BSLB has 'played it's part' and 'come to the table.' We've been extremely vocal and aligned ourselves with the protests having boycotted games and between the three of us we've all attended them both. Jake has repeatedly led calls to join them despite dwindling numbers and a lot of personal abuse directed his way.

I really don't see what's to gain from being so confrontational with either myself or others on this forum. Everybody wants the same outcome in this thread.

I’ve made it clear I’ve spoken to Ric and if I get ignored by a person involved with an organisation I interpretat that as the whole organisation ignoring me Is the best way I can answer that. It’s one of the things along with geography that have made me jack in helping the rest of the lads. Not you or Ric specifically but just in general how we all communicate as a king power opposing fan base.

I did expect you to reply, I wanted you to reply, this whole thing has been engineered to make you reply.

Fair enough on the career, I find to strange you seem to be quite open, as you’ve alluded to, and been quite candid, as you’ve also alluded to, on the situation off your own bat.  I’m not sure what you think we’re going to ask you to do would be at odds with your work compared to have you’ve already done. No one’s going to ask you to do anything that’s going to threaten you career, there are two lads in that group have spoken publically to radio Leicester and talk sport and come across well so if they can do it with no media training I don’t see why you can’t.

Your participation in all the events is appreciated, but it feels like as opposed to coming to that table, strategically at least , your working in a silo, it feels like the foxes trust is working in a silo, it feels union fs are working in a silo, we worked in a silo as well tbf. The table is where we all get together and try to sort a strategy and who can do what where and when.

i know the muppets still wanting Top to stay  make life very difficult and I appreciate Jake’s taken personal abuse. I think most of us willing to speak out have had a bit of it so I understand.

I think I’ve been quite reserved for me, (apart from Kitch but he’s a waste of internet KBs) there is a high level of frustration for me though and this new “king power were always shit” narrative will serve no one. I can tell you that for free. We are signing our own death warrant with that as it’s taken three years to convince fans media members that that top was even an issue in the first place and now instead of working with it we seem keen to double down on the I told you so’s instead of working with what we have,

If you want my number dm me and happy to clear the air with you and put you in contact with the group  I was in.

You’re correct we do all want the same thing and it’s a situation non of us should be in, the thing Is a uncordinated fan base is what Aiywatt wants and through various methods they club seems to managing it at the moment.

Ive mainly said this publicly to show how hard it is to get coordination going between the groups that want to do right by the club. I’ve made my point and you can have the last word publically should you wish to but if we talk again it won’t be on here.

Genuinely a fan of the pod.

Bournemouth close to appointing a new manager days after theirs said he is leaving. They'd sounded out 3 candidates and appointed within literally days.

Compare that to how we have operated and it tells you all you need to know about why a club that size is going to be ahead of us for decades.

It’s because Top is clueless, Top employs Rudkin who is a ****ing moron. Why can’t Rudkin be tops personal PA and horse tossing operative. Get someone in who knows football, I don’t think this Macarron guy is it, if he lasts.

And its Marco Rose. Someone who was often on the wish list of forum members on here. But Rudkin and Top probably never heard of him and if they had he didnt have Premier League experience.

With regards to having the last word publically, I had no intention of that. You're the one who brought myself and Ric into it publically and by design.

I don't really think i've got anything to discuss with you either in private or on here, given that I have seldom posted in the last decade, I have no idea who you are and have found this conversation to be absolutely baffling.

If we survive that long. We'll run out of money by Christmas. Unless the lady boy sells or seeks investment. He'll do neither imo

And we don’t have a local businessman like Doug King who properly wants the club to be a success. We have vampires and vampire bank

Yea who would invest anything with these clowns in charge. More likely to get a return by burning bank notes

Unfortunately you will probably have more hostility against you than with you. The Top lovers will be out in force and won't have a bad word said about him or the club regardless of how badly we are being run. Sickening!

Agreed. They think that turning up to games and "clapping the lads" is actually helping the club when in reality, its doing the opposite. For me, you either boycott or you protest. We've tried "backing the lads" weve tried "supporting the team" and its done Jack shit as nobody gives a fck. The owner, the board, the players, couldn't give a fck, so the only way we get our club back is by trying to force them out.

protests outside the ground, protests in the west stand, not a pound in the ground campaigns, not letting the players leave the car park like Norwich fans did - we've got to make it hostile and uncomfortable for the b@stards

Agreed, but we still have so many Top supporters in the ground, it makes it near on impossible to coordinate any meaningful protests. We must have the most passive fan base in the country. No other fanbase would sit back and allow their club to burn like some of our fans are doing.

fxck me its a depressing reality
