You get the impression there's a significant minority of supporter who is ambivalent to results, to going down. Someone else pointed out on here a few days ago,  that the stoicism of supporting a poor team has become a badge of honour. Almost a Christian virtuous suffering kink. Awaiting rapture!

This demographic sees our relegation as a purge of what they perceive as 'glory fans' (in reality these apparent glory fans are just people who enjoy seeing us play well)

If not bankruptcy, there's a potential for a split. It's necessary. These beta, low T, cuckold,. menopausal lot need one club and normal people need another.

someone needs to study their devotion to applauding/supporting such a rotting husk of a club because its honestly unbelievable how committed they are to loving a turgid ownership

There's parallels to the MAGA movement. Trump could smother thier grandparents and they would stand by and say 'god bless you Mr President'

Our mob are the same with the Thai drag queen

Talked to a guy in a pub in Burbage this evening. Told me how he'd been going to the games since he was 11 and he's in his sixties now. It's just the way the sport goes, "I've been there before" (I'm 34). Just think a lot of them don't care to be honest. Football is just something that happens to them, not something you can influence. It's sad.

I wonder if the Chairman will be showing his face tomorrow. He better be there, all decked out in the LCFC gear, along with his poodle Jon. That's the least these two could do.

I think the biggest problem we've got is the last time we went to league 1 we bounced straight back - and a lot of happy clappers are expecting the same thing to happen again.

They're indoctrinated and their ego won't let them admit they've backed the wrong horse.

There seems to be a lot less defence of them than there was a few weeks/months ago not the reality of relegation to League 1 is apparent.

You’re right than many of those still defending him and refusing to contribute to action are just expecting us to bounce back. We won’t though. Next season is guaranteed to be our worst ever league finishing position. As it becomes obvious we are struggling again, I do expect more to turn as the season goes on.

Menopausal people can be angry ****ers, Pani, best to get them onside rather than piss them off by lumping them in with the KP lot 😂

After a restless nights sleep, I have been thinking of ways to remove the ownership or Rudkin at least. These are ranked in no particular order:

1) Grow the Foxes Trust membership - the trust will hold the club to account and do it through legitimate channels, so a large membership could increase pressure. I think it is 1k at the minute - 5k could make the club uncomfortable, 10k could demand change.

2) Consistent protest: same meet time (1 hr before KO) every game taking the same route.

3) Boycott: a lot on here, including myself, are not giving them any more money to waste and bring in hateful players. Without paying customers, all businesses eventually fold or sell.

4) Engage a co-ordinated but respectful and persuasive social media campaign against Pro-KP fans with the intention of educating and influencing them into changing their minds about the ownership. Will need to be creative.

5) Maybe somebody could write a book about Jon R - comparing him to some of the most divisive and incompetent people in history.

Any more? These are a bit desperate but that's how I feel at this terrible moment in our club's history.

IMO some of our older fans believe the generation below them have been spoiled by success, and regard relegation as just another turning of the wheel

Which of course totally overlooks the fact that anything other than finishing top next season will be an all-time historic low, and the speed of our decline…

Fortunately there are also plenty of older fans who are capable of comprehending that what the club is facing now is probably not just a repeat of previous dips, but potentially something much more serious

1) Everybody who's KP Out should be in the Foxes Trust already. No-brainer.

2) Needs people to stick their hands up and start being the public-facing organisers.

3) Fine on a personal level but the numbers will never be big enough for this to seriously force change.

4) No point. Too much of the protest movement to this point obsesses to the point of fixation on vocal pro-KP gobshites (clown emoji man, for example), taking the focus away from the actual issue. It's immensely frustrating to see. If people don't see it now, they never will.

5) ?

Right now, it feels like people are basically expecting UFS to save their club and front the movement. That's fine, in my opinion, but it only works if people actually start rallying around them in real life. If they don't, we're doomed.

And we don’t have a local businessman like Doug King who properly wants the club to be a success. We have vampires and vampire bank

Not strictly true, there's some domestic based / local people who are extremely wealthy that have enquired and been flatly dismissed by Aiyawatt. That has been disclosed by someone very well respected in the industry.

An old fashioned mail campaign instead I think. Swamp them in so much post addressed to the various figures who need to read it; emails can be deleted/sent to spam, social media can be blocked, post physically arrives at the club and is a lot harder to ignore a big pile of it on your desk.

I'm happy to share templates of the sort of stuff I've been sending in/

Quite a dismissive reply but thanks for taking the time. There is a lot of post-mortem and reflective posts on this forum and a lack of ideas on how we can fight against the regime.

Also @Ric Flair that’s nothing like what actually happened with Alan Sheehan, but, as we are seemingly Happy to start rewriting history on king powers entire tenure at the club now I guess going back at bit further won’t hurt. So I can run with it.

Please tell the story, it was a classic. We may even be able to dig up the posts as Sheehan used to post on here if I recall.

Football isn't nuanced to these people. We won the Premier League so everyone moaning expects that every year. We have struggled before so put up with it.

Nobody has ever said we expect to be in our highest position all the time. We accept, sadly, there are times where we dip below our average. And some supporters see it as an affront, as a disgrace, not something that just happens because it occasionally happened before therefore we just take it. They want change or accountability.

The goalposts always move with this lot. You are ungrateful, then entitled, then it is just kids who shouldn't be allowed an opinion, then the League is to blame, then Covid is at fault, then we have always been a struggling second tier team. None of it is true but still it goes on.

No pride in the club, no expectations, just something to do and worship a bloke who is barely ever there.

It wasn't meant to come across that way. You clearly care and want to contribute, which is great. All I'm saying is more people like you need to get actively involved in running the movement.

If you insist mate 😂

He didn’t actually come at me on here he actually identified me on Facebook after a Foxestalk five a side game. (I would like to remember that I organised a log of things on here and bought fans together so maybe I know a thing or two about how powerful a more United fan base could be 👀)

So I’ve played this tournament won it I think (thanks again @Bert) got back Ashby at some point open my laptop and for some reason Alan Sheehan has slided into my dms.

“You Manwelll Pablo”

now for those who weren’t here I was very admittedly vocal on my opinions about Alan Sheehan not being good enough to wear the shirt but you know history has shown I was correct there so I have no guilt.

I said yeah “Al that’s me”

At which point he made several rather expletive ridden personal insults about my weight and told me to stay out of his personal life which I found pretty weird and ironic on two levels  as I know I’ve got a big head but I was tipping the scales at about 13 stone at that point and I’d not actually said nothing about his personal life I’d just said he’s got a good left foot but he’s a shit defender and he was actually the one getting personal with me.

Anyway that was that and in a certain day in May 2016 he got one last message when I was understandably quite intoxicated.

Not the most exciting story in the world but highly strange non the less.

He does seem to have grown up a bit though so fair play to him.

Edit: I should say I saw him at friendly against Hinckley about 10 days after his move to Leeds which was shortly after all this and he did nothing.

A lot of people say that about him tbf and I don’t have a problem believing it.

I think I just hit a nerve with him.

Thracians fault really for continually making out to be the next Roberto Carlos.
