Despite the club's issues previously with PSR, the bit that makes me most sceptical about this article is KDH's transfer not being registered on time when as posters have suggested above, it was reported that it was within the pre-July timeline.

Some strong copium going on here.  We escaped the last deduction via a loophole with the PL's amateurishly worded rules rather than actually sorting ourselves out.  We were struggling to comply to these rules even when selling £50m+ players and actually finishing well in the league.  Now we've got the same squad, who keep getting new deals, and only the KDH money coming in.  Not sure why we're all adamant we'd comply and that this is just some smear campaign from the PL.

Clearly the club is a shit show but being pissed at the club and the PL aren’t mutually exclusive.

Whatever you think of the rules, if they are for the reason they say (which is sustainability but clearly it’s more about limiting competition), then they should be applying penalties reluctantly.

The fact is, they seem actively buzzing about penalising us as well as the likes of Everton and Forest before. The fact they are coming after certain clubs like a dog with its dick out shows that they are all about stifling competition so they can go to hell as much as the club can.

I don’t buy the punishing it’s due to 2016 stuff. I do think they have taken the being challenging personally and are now trying to go out their way to try and get us. The tone of articles from them about ‘their disappointment’ says as much.

The EPL is more like F1 than a proper sporting competition. Our owners are wealthier than the Glaser family but can’t use their wealth like Man Utd can. Their turnover from competition will be hammered next season, but their shirt sales will mean they can still invest more than our team next season

Kieran Maguire has said on talksport, he doesn’t see how we don’t breach it even though the club are expressing confidence they haven’t.

He didn’t foresee what the club had up its sleeve last time either.

Apparently Manure are hamstrung by PSR.

I believe they are in the same boat as us just a higher money level.

They can't bring in much, as they haven't been successful of late, no ECL, probably won't qualify for Europe this year.

Bought players at massive prices that are utter tripe, seen them recently?

And they are all on massive wages see Ward, Choudry etc. but many times higher e.g. Rashford

Lets hope all those that say we will be OK, because we sold KDH on the 30th June will be right.

You have to say, as we were facing PSR big issues in June, to get the Maths wrong, when you are under investigation and there had been so much press about Forest & Everton would be stupidity beyond ANYTHING we have EVER seen down the club.  Thats just about being able to add up and subtract, even I can do that.

Don't even want to invest in expanding the stadium, so let's not pretend Top would just be letting Rudkin burn through his families wealth lol

But just logically, how would we have possibly made that up?

Who knows the inner workings of the club?

if we did breach it seems a bit dumb to take 30m before the deadline for KDH plus the compo for Maresca. Which could’ve been used to offset more spending this season along side an acknowledged breach last.

PSR is not an unknown magic formula for a business to abide by and repeatedly failure to do so shows massive incompetence.

If he's basing his analysis on the argument that KDH's sale isn't in the accounting period, he's £35m out.

Whether we have breached the greedy six rule or not the fact is that if you join a corrupt money above everything club, you must follow the corrupt rules or be prepared to be thrown out.

The one thing these money/power obsessed crooks can't and won't abide is a challenge to their authority, we did this and won a victory, but they will use every means at their disposal - aided by our clubs incompetent directors - to win the war.

In reality we (they) don't need any help in leaving the once sport but now money centred EPL, we can manage this just fine on our own.

Personally l look forward to being out of this sham sport league.

Let’s be honest, based on the numerous messes we’ve had under Rudkin’s stewardship (hello Adrian Silva), having a transfer done on July 2nd that needed to be done on June 30th is certainly not beyond the realm of possibility.

Do you think we can collectively persuade Richard Masters to tell the club he'll drop the PSR breach saga as long as the club strap Rudkin to a cannonball and fire it into the middle of the Atlantic?

He doesn't get an interview if hes just saying "nothing to see here"

Don’t fooking send him closer to us - we’ve got enough figurehead ‘leaders’ who don’t do anything in the government over here already

Quite frankly that’s a ridiculous idea!

A cannonball wouldn’t go that far, so we'll need something bigger than that - like an ICBM.

Is there a date that we're likely to know if we have breached or not?

It'd be sickening to know we somehow get enough points to be in a position to survive (ha) and then get a deduction to relegate us.

Oh right. That's much earlier than I envisaged lol

Could be wrong, but I'm sure I read in one of these articles that's when they are due to announce charges - but not the actual punishment

I'm guessing we didn't budget for sacking Cooper in this year's accounts either.

I'll be amazed if we escape a points deduction because the cretins of the PL will be gunning for us after their humiliation in the summer.

Cooper's sacking won't be considered in this round of accounts, though. It's for the accounting period ending 30th June 2024.

And yet Man City

And yet Chelsea

The whole thing is a Joke. Challenging other Clubs accounts and they still haven't sorted out the Man City punnishment from 115 Breaches of the rules.
