If this get's done I'd love to see us try and get Malacia on loan. Christ, he's genuinely been MIA for a year and a half and Man Utd fans forget he played for them. July 1st 2023 - November 2024...yes you read that correctly. 70 games he missed . Seems whatever happened changed him fundamentally as a player.
JimJams Posted 30 January 2025 Posted 30 January 2025 (edited) Spurs have apparently had a €60mill bid accepted for Mathys Tel. That's a mad price. *If true. Edited 30 January 2025 by JimJams Added caveat.

Lcfcokay Posted 30 January 2025 Posted 30 January 2025 Al Nassr reportedly willing to offer close to 90 million for karou mitoma from Brighton! He’s 27! Mental Money
Lambert09 Posted 30 January 2025 Author Posted 30 January 2025 Why can’t we get a huge offer for Connor coady from a Saudi club. 1

We'll never get that 90 million bid for Ayew now. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/66188707 3

Always putting in lowball offers and then quibbling over a few €m here and there which delays thing enough for other clubs to come in for our targets. I think our guys think they're hard negotiators but we always end up missing out on first choice targets, then panicking at the end of windows scrabbling around to get someone in who's way down on our list. 1

For example I’ve come across a lot of disgruntled Brighton fans no less when checking out for news and views on Evan Ferguson. Wolves fans do have strong justification to be raging mind.

Buying for £3m and selling for £90m is not asset stripping. That's how a club like Brighton (or us, if we were smart) can invest, improve and compete in the top half. 3
