I’m curious why our club seem to be so reluctant to blood our academy starlets into the 1st team.  I see all other clubs playing their youngsters to good effect.

They bring energy, excitement, fearlessness  all the qualities that are contagious to a team that is struggling for confidence.

KDH used to bring this fighting energy and it spurred the team on many occasions.

 

just thinking what an Alvez or wonga could do if brought on at the right time? Not with 3 min left but at the 60’ mark.
 

just asking the question. Didn’t someone once say if their good enough their old enough?
