I think the difference is we had a capable team then, I just don't think this lot have it in them, quality or mentality wise. A lot of teams could at least fight and shithouse a win but we havent had that quality for a long time now. We are so pathetic its untrue. No goalscoring threat from centre backs, none from the midfield, no creativity, slow ponderous attacks.

I like Maddison and he was a good player for us but he was also part of the relegation squad and is no way any kind of legend at this club. If Kasper, Kante etc played against us then it's a different story 1

Brentford H is the game I think we could get something. Most of their good results come at home. Even though Tottenham are a mess and Everton are poor, I can't see us getting anything in either game.

When you playing shit, you either lose your temper or you over try. Now the latter I could aim at Buonanotte and El Khannous but other than that no one. They aren’t a team. They don’t have leaders. They don’t want to work. We haven’t had a player completely lose it and just do a filth tackle which says a lot. Evans and Soyuncu spring to mind here
