Are we at risk of double relegation? Luton Town are in serious trouble of yet another relegation. Sunderland likewise a few years ago. No confidence of an instant return, This squad aren't good enough in the championship.

That second goal just summed it up.

 

Firstly, we had possession and walked into their trap.

 

Then there’s three midfielders very close, none of them react quick enough to stop the pass.

 

There’s four (thought to be fair probably only three could get there) to try and block the shot. None of them do anything.

 

Then the keeper gets beaten at his near post, (though again tbf maybe he has a right to expect one of the seven people near the ball during the move to make more of an effort).

 

Just a complete lack of basics and that’s even before you look at the other end of the pitch and we don’t have a clue of how to score anymore.

Aston Villa when they got relegated in 2016, they had really bad start in the championship the following season I think they won like 1 win in 8 games and if wasn't for an experienced manager like Steve Bruce at that level coming in. They may even gone down again. Similar to us when Villa went down the squad was a shambles..

Not really, Rudkin out at 14, shouted at by the clappers.

 

Lots of people telling others who were unhappy "It's man united, what did you expect" or "look at southampton and Ipswich, the gap is too big, what cab you do?"

 

Most of the vocal fans were gone by the end so they still got applauded off by a large section of the fans.
