The KPFC lot will sure be there, at their seats early in time for another extravaganza of light and fire. We could even get a donut as sure it’s King Power seniors birthday around now

But

WE MISSED YOU AT THE LAST GAME…

Is there anything you'd like to tell us about why you weren't able to attend?

Let the happy clappers get on with it, im sure the place would be pretty sparse if everyone else boycotts.

If it does happen I will change my user name to Forest Gump

I’ve been telling them straight why I’ve not been turning up

Wouldn't care about the players being booed either bar probably 2-3.

Dont want to see any others in a Leicester shirt again.

Most dislikable team in a long time, far exceeding that which we were relegated with last time.

Did you not go on the BSLB podcast and say how you had got Brentford to implement exactly that email? Or have I got that wrong?

When people say "the players don't give a fxxk", are you not just confusing that with "the players are ****ing shit". Cos I'm not sure any amount of giving a fxxk is turning them into good players.

@Pliskin are you going to cancel your season ticket renewal now you know ylthat you can?

I’m mulling it over now I know. I don’t want to, because I’ve had one for as long as I can remember….. but this season I’ve barely been, I’m fast losing interest in the sport as a whole…… the sheer lack of ****s about the fans is what really hurts, we’re just numbers to them. I’ve challenged the season card policy, and I’ve yet to have a reply from the club……. All I asked was if I don’t have a smart device what do I do about my ticket, and they’ve either ignored it, or passed it on to a supervisor to ignore instead.

Football isn’t the game we grew up loving, we’ve experienced sheer highs here, but now we’re just in the gutter, and there is seemingly no way back under this current regime.

I remember when we used to embrace being shit and just enjoyed yourselves. Everything is always so serious now, boycott this, protest that etc....

Go back to getting pissed with your mates and having a laugh...

Fully on board with not buying anything though and giving any extra.

You'll be back IF we're towards the top of the championship next season

My boycott started about a month ago and not missed it at all.

In fact it’s quite a liberating feeling knowing I can waste only 2 hours watching it on the telly and it not ruin my whole day.

Yes mate. 100% correct.

However at Brentford I set these up as I was genuinely interested in why people weren’t going. Actual fan engagement you know, not solely to push a sale of an unused ticket as LCFC do.

We used them and monitored the feedback and then contacted fans to help them. Often people would miss games for holidays or shit changes but occasionally you’d get a leaking roof, drunk fan next to them or a health issue.

We’d then contact the fans about their reason and signpost them to a club partner or club community trust programme that could help with things like mental health, loneliness etc.

It’s basic analogue Fan Engagement. Costs £0.
We had a team of one doing this at Brentford supported by other departments. Leicester have a team of at least 6 I think but the purpose of those emails isn’t to engage and help, it’s to sell. It diabolical really. As I mentioned many times before you don’t need a framework, you need a culture that cares.

On a personal level I replied to one of the emails to see what happened. Genuine reason of me currently being tested for epilepsy so I’ve had to surrender my licence and didn’t know how to get to games. In FE I’d be all over that trying to help, even if to get someone to one more game. I never got a reply and I’d be surprised if anyone else has.

Another example of our club and £80k a year Head Of Fan Engagement just ticking a box and having not strategy or care for supporters.

Its weird as anything really and disappointing.

Fair enough if you are certain that nobody receives a reply when they then do give a valid reason, just thought I would check I had remembered that right as it would seem a strange thing to criticise otherwise.

It did make me laugh when I received one of these for not going to Brentford though.

I won't.

The fact you can't see it's more than just being a bit shit is incredible.

I can't be arsed to try and make you lot understand anymore either.

Are we the only club that has a Head of Fan Engagement who doesn't actually engage with the fans? Just puts out a 'Fan Engagement Plan' to tick a box
