I've had pelters all week, some of it getting nasty too, everyone I know round here has given me some sort of abuse over the past week, they are a bunch of ar$eholes the lot of em, some of them have even been planning their "champions league" away visits already, literally creaming themselves over how good they are .  They seem to get its only been 1 season, they act like its been going on for years.... I know we will probably get battered but even if we get a point it will make my fooking year... a win and im gonna let them all have both barrels...t0ssers the lot of em

My depressing thought of the day.

 

I imagined myself going back 5 years and telling my younger self that the only saving grace of the 2024/25 season would be stopping Forest from getting Champions League football, whilst we are relegated for the second time in three seasons. 

 

A stark reminder of how far we've fallen. It would be great to beat them, but it does nothing to ease my despair of how poorly the football club has been managed over the last few years. How could we have foooked it up this badly and still have the same people running the club? :mad:

I'm old enough to know better, but I'm starting to get optimistic about Sunday ...

 

Forest are wobbling, we've just won a game and maybe got a bit of confidence, the players will give it a real go (they know what it means to us), Vardy is going for his 200th goal.

 

I know, you don't need to say.   I'm losing the plot.   

 

But I can't help dreaming that these useless morons masquerading as our players, have got one good game in them, and can stick a chainsaw in that filth.

That is the result of 20 years of hurt.

 

You are suffering the release of 20 years of frustration and pain.  The pain of their having to watch us lift the title, win the FA Cup, play in the champions league, even winning those league cups and EFL titles, all the while with their noses pressed up against the window, curtain twitching, whilst the world moved on and quietly forgot about them.  

 

... But of course, they don't care about us do they?  No.  Of course not.

Leicester City supporters will be welcome at the Nest this Sunday from 10am! 💙

 

We're the closest bar to the ground welcoming away supporters and our 1000-capacity venue is on the direct walking route from the train station to the away end.

 

Expect a giant bar, Sky Sports on the city's biggest screen, fresh wood-fired pizza and a Foxes-themed playlist! 🍕 🎶

It's been a lot longer than 20 years for them mate 😂

 

Had to grow up there and the levels of arrogance because of an achievement so long ago can only really be compared to how I think the rest of the world view England fans.

Lad in our office (forest fan) says he isn't happy they have been linked with Delap in the summer - thinks they can get better!! 

 

Also thinks MGW is worth 120 million, Murillo 100 million..

 

every forest fan i know is so deluded and arrogant its unreal

 

if we get a point on Sunday it would make my year

Are you an estate agent, recruiter or insurance broker? That is a messed up office.

I know one forest fan who is annoyingly very nice.
