They couldn’t wait to get down the tunnel. You’d have thought they might’ve chucked their shirts in at least. JJ & Ricardo came quite close but the rest gave it a token effort and cleared off, apart from Buonanotte who pumped his chest and waved to the fans.

Mental that the most passionate player is one that actually got treated like shit during his time here and is back home next week! 

 

What was the reaction of the crowd like? It seems still as though plenty of applause from the KP loving gang?

A lot had left. Some good boos. But then when Ricardo came over it turned into applause.

Tragic. But that’s where we are.

 

I didn’t go, but I heard chants of “you’re not fit to wear the shirt” on the tele. Can sort of understand not wanting to go near the fans. I was thinking today, from the games I went to the only player I recall making any apology this season was Winks at Everton. Any others?

Coady made a generic one when relegation was confirmed.

And this is why I am not confident about next season. If they can't get up for Premier League games, why bother with Oxford, Preston and Charlton?

 

I don't think anywhere near as many as we need to go actually will.

Your right ,this is going to be a slow death over the next couple of seasons till all the contracts have run out .In the mean time those who can't get a move will stink the place out ,going to need a strong  manager to sort this mess out .

Easily dominated and scared of the ball. Players all over the pitch which I can't wait to see the back of. Honestly what a shit show of a season. At least it's over now

Absolutely none. Highlights were a fair reflection. 
 

Just following on from the posts about players coming over, it shouldn’t be missed that Kingy held the academy lads back for a bit and brought them over almost separately and they received a warm reception - he really just gets it doesn’t he.

Now that is good management by him. He has looked after the younger youngsters well, I hope he's kept on in that bridging capacity. Maybe a bit of Pearson has rubbed off on him as I thought he protected the players very well. That's how we managed the great escape season.

Coady is a complete and utter charlatan. 

 

Fine when things are going well or when he can spout his utter clap trap but when the going really gets tough he is completely anonymous. 

 

For the profile of player he's been reputed to be and his general gob shiteyness he should be ashamed of his contribution with us over the last 2 years. Completely pathetic
