No idea if it is true but, should it be, it proves why football finances are a complete mess. The clubs have given all the power to the players and managers. Several millions for failing at a job lasting less than six weeks. Madness.

A lot of people will say it's about offer and demand, some will moan about capitalism etc but getting nearly 1M per football game compensation for failing in your job is shocking and an insult to society and working class citizens. Employers can pay whatever they want to wannabe football managers like Ange but this compensation is bonkers. 

We've created a 2 tier society and imo this chasm will finally lead to huge problems.

Ref would've been hoping they didn't score there. Not having the ref didnt see it. I think it's fair enough to play on, 

 

Only takes one serious injury when they didn't stop it but he's fine.

I'm with you. It's fair to play on but I didn't make this rule so they have to either scrap it altogether or stick with it on every occasion?

I presume he didn’t think it was ?

Liverpool will probably get a decision in their favour once the ref gets told
