May be an image of American football, football and text that says "ue FOOTBALL COMMUNITY Robbie Nicholson @RobNicho1970 So Michae Oliver says he never stopped play for head injury because he didn't see it. Lying ba rd."

Whatever your biases are he can hardly say he didn't see it, maybe he didn't think it was a head injury.

You can't take anything from that still image other than the fact he's clearly looking at the ball.

The game didn't need to be stopped just because he's down holding his head. There wasn't a foul and Man United are two passes away from scoring.

The best part of that result yesterday is that Man United will keep Amorim in the job for longer. The Danny Welbeck brace on Saturday is going to hit like crack.

Add into that mix,  that their two most  consistent players over the last 7/8 years Salah and Van Dijk are 33 and 34 respectively and at some point their levels will drop.  Is this that season?  Losing three consecutive PL games is not a disaster at this early stage of the season,  but they will have to turn it around really quickly, because even their earlier wins were not exactly convincing.

Also consider losing Trent is massive. Watching the game yesterday you could see how Trent would play a different ball than Bradley would, who often just goes back. Not that he's a bad player but he's not as attacking or creative as Trent.

Hopefully the FFP noose is starting to tighten somewhat for Notts Forest. Big old pay out for Ange that can't be amortised presumably.

He didn't have a massive contract but still would have been on massive money. They wouldn't have planned for two payouts so hopefully this is massively constraining - plus it means they give more time than they should for Dyche if he turns out to be a disaster.

I think people waiting for the Forest FFP disaster to happen will probably be a bit disappointed.

They don't seem to have any problem selling their players because the pirate just gets all his mates' clubs to buy their players from them for silly fees when he needs them moved on.

And push comes to shove he can use his other clubs.

They won't have the same problem we did regaining transfer fees or quickly cutting the wage bill down.

Eventually those clubs are in the shit FFP wise though too. They're one of the few clubs who have had a deduction as well.

Given I think the financial stuff is all a farce it's quite commendable they make a mockery of it.

They’ve also bought several players like Carmo, Bowler and Stamenic in recent years who they’ve then loaned to Olympiakos - I’m not sure how much impact these smaller transfer fees will have on them but surely it contributes further.

Just doesn't seem to be slowing down. They made, what, 115m from selling this year?

I'm sure Textor/Botafogo etc are paid in kind some way but there will always be more scrutiny with the authorities (imo) overreach so it will run out of road

See that mad stat on Ange?

When Postecoglou flies back to Melbourne from the UK, he could watch every second of his 8 games in charge of Forest, and still have time to watch 3x Crocodile Dundee films before landing

He’d need to be going back by ship to have time to count his money !

Atmosphere at this is terrible, i've heard a funeral more nosier. London Stadium once again proving its not a football venue, Upton Park was such an intimating and noisy place to go.
