What is your one highlight and one lowlight of the 2024-25 season? I will start with some ideas.

 

Highlights 

Vardy  200 goals

Ayew's last minute goal v Southampton

Monga's debut

Winks's "Enzo I miss U"

LCFC 6 QPR 2

 

Lowlights

Ruud appointment 

8th straight PL loss (record)

LCFC 0 Wolves 3

Patson Daka (in general)

Fatawu injury

The players blaming the manager when they where equally to blame and trying to shift the burden of blame 

 

Was certainly not a highlight

 

It was a embarrassment

The 2nd goal vs Brighton at home was pretty cool, especially as at the time felt we were having a new manager bounce.

 

Wolves home was the lowest, and watching their manager fist pumping the away fans hurt, especially when the old bloke behind me said 'he'll regret doing that by the end of the season'. Broke up a fight between 2 geezers arguing about Danny Ward and had to watch some of the worst goalkeeping i had ever seen.

The Winks one was a demonstration of what a pathetic twat he is. I miss Maddison.

highlights

vardy 200

watching Monga in general, especially almost scoring at forest - although he didnt it really had me excited for first time in a while

sacking cooper early

 

Lowlights

rvn playing danny ward ruining any kind of credit in the bank he had

Monga's debut

 

Lowlights

Cooper - dreadful appointment

Ruud appointment - even worse appointment 

The whole season really  1st time in 40 years I stopped going - Last time was mid 80's due to hooliganism

Can't pick one Lowlight as there have been sooo many 

 

 

Highlights 

- Vard's 200th goal celebration 

- helping to stop Forest getting Champions League (clutching at straws)

- BEK

- youngsters coming through

 

Lowlights 

- the agreement of BC corrupt Games as a sponsor

- appointment of Cooper

- letting him sign trash

- spending £25m on Skipp (not hating on Skipp for that)

- not getting another striker/winger in

- Danny Ward

- appointment of RvN with no experience of relegation 

- January transfer window

- the bad run of defeats

- relegation 

- not admitting to relegation 

- not sorting the RvN situation out, or making it clear to us what the hell is the plan 

- silence and no commutation. 

- feeling like the Vardy leaving was a way of something to hide behind for the board. 

- the handling of the Tifo with fans trying to get one organised

- saying goodbye to a living legend with no succession plan

- actually, the whole season!

Cba with highlights, the thing that I will remember this season for is going so many consecutive games without scoring a single goal. The appointment of Van Nistelrooy destroyed any hope I had in us staying up.

Highlights:

 

Vardy 200

Late goals away at Southampton, Ipswich and of course Forest

 

Lowlights:

Fatawu ACL - relegation basically confirmed at that point
