Praying the 3-year-old lad that's gone missing turns up safe. As a parent, I can't even begin to imagine the feeling.

I do find it amazing that there has been no sort of sighting at all when someone goes missing in the middle of the afternoon.

Body matching the description found in lake this evening

Truly just awful 😞

Also regarding Andrew Tate, what’s the latest with him? Feel like I’ve haven’t seen him in the news.

Still in a Florida jail awaiting extradition hearing v soon

Lawyers tried to get them out on bail last week but turned down as considered a flight risk

Romanian police have raised more charges aswell.

I would be surprised if they are actually extradited from Florida to uk

What is the most likely path forward here, then?

My guess is that the case is not resolved at the extradition hearing and the two are released on bail ( on the basis that it’s not reasonable to continue to hold them as the case hasn’t been sorted at the first opportunity)

I then think that they will abscond somewhere that has no treaty with Europe or the USA

and if they manage to do that then the Florida authorities will not have been doing a great job! (Maybe deliberately- trump is unhappy with Europe)

Very sad.

RIP Noah.

Poor lad.  Very similar thing happened near us with a slightly older non-verbal autistic boy.  He was fascinated with water and got into a pool in a house a few doors down despite a 6 foot fence and secure glass fencing around the pool meeting the legal requirements here.  A determined kid can sneak off, hide and not be found to do what they are fixated on.  Awful for the family.

That's plausible.

In that case, I very much hope that you're wrong and the Florida authorities are both competent and not that corrupt. It is after all obvious how much of a flight risk they are so there really shouldn't be a problem with holding them for longer.

If they do somehow slip the net, well...that's the point where some wannabe vigilante might need to step up, isn't it? And they'd better get it right.

In America they specifically urge responders and the public to “search water first” for a missing child with autism/sen for this reason.

There isn't as much of a rule here in the UK like this, to my knowledge.

The Aussies, NZ, Scandics and (dare I say it) the UK should be looking for similarly closer ties, too.

Edit: might have to come up with a different name for the bloc at that point, though.

He's a proper heavyweight statesman, and the world sorely needs that right now.

Been there more times than I can recall, mate.

Anyway, yes, you're absolutely right, now it's just required to convince a part of both the UK media and political class that the US under the current administration is indeed a pariah state run by self interested psychopaths and to not encourage behaviour otherwise.

Khan speaking Urdu to Polanski is some trolling I can get behind

It's a bit pathetic. Look at me speaking a language you don't, it's very playground.

The bigger amusement from the story is that there are hardly any Urdu speakers there and the green party leaflet should have been in Bengali.

Absolutely pathetic, but somehow I can get behind it at the expense of the boob whisperer

Once again, big business trying to steamroller the small guy

B-side's Portland B&B resists calls from Airbnb to change logo - BBC News

I would argue that bnb-side actually is a BnB.

When's the last time an owner made anyone breakfast in their Airbnb?

Sue Airbnb for misrepresentation. They should be forced to change their name to Airb.
