They are being moved to seagrave next season regardless apparently. Cant afford to open the ground with the low crowds.

There is no official capacity for spectators since it is not intended for public viewing of games.

Are the teams in WSL2 professional for the most part? I honestly know nothing about how far the second tier has come.

I can't see our women's team folding completely, but with the cost cutting that's going on I struggle to see them justifying full-time contracts for any incoming players. We're a relegated team with known financial issues that could barely draw 3000 in the top flight.

At the very least a number of the current squad have surely played themselves out of a long term future through their complete failure. It's one thing saying that nobody would want our men's team players but the pool of interested clubs in the women's game who can offer professional contracts is far, far smaller. A number could have thrown away their career today.

A BBC article a couple of weeks ago suggested Meadow Lane was being considered in the event of relegation.  Strange that paying rent to another club is a better option financially.

They should play at Hinckley or market harborough. Waste of resources playing at the king power. Might actually be able to build some support and atmosphere playing at a smaller ground

They played at Quorn a few years back, go back to that.

You'd think they'll be even less fans next year, watching (and I'm sure playing) in an empty stadium must be soul destroying.

LCFC would like to announce a full house....of relegations. Thank you for your incredible support

It's so disappointing, really thought we'd come away with this okay. But just another poor game.

Unfortunately though we, really deserve relegation and Charlton really deserved the promotion.

We've been abysmal almost all season, but since Christmas especially so. We've shown nothing and offered nothing.

Honestly, similarly to the mens team, this has to be used as a reset to drain the swamp and re-build and bounce back. It's gutting, but it might be nice to see something other than batterings every week from next season...

I reckon that 2nd half ironically was probably the best half we've played all season and they still couldn't score.

Stand up to Passmoor, you get benched.

I have been reliably informed that Williams wanted to take a penalty today but Passmoor denied her the opportunity.

Need someone like Rehanne Skinner in now, but I think King Power got what they wanted today, the first stepping stone towards folding the team.
