Thanks to those who have signed up thus far.

We appreciate there's a bit of work involved with registering but this is important to help us get a handle on how many people will be joining (and whether the platform we're using for the webinar will handle it) and also to have details for those who would like to receive the full report in follow on. So please take a couple of minutes and persevere.

We've seen good interest already from local and national journalists who plan to attend the webinar on Tuesday evening but our main audience is Leicester City fans so please share with any other LCFC fans you know. This webinar is OPEN TO ALL!

Do you have to join this if you just want to receive the full report as I can't do the webinar due to my hearing?

No, the full report will be released Friday 11th July. DM us your email address and we'll send to you direct if you would like.

The full report is 60+ pages of graphs so get ready to digest a lot of data!

Have the club been formally invited to attend / watch or even been pro-active here?

Could be incredibly uncomfortable for them for sure but would also show some sort of willing if they had a known presence, even if from the seats at the back and not just a “send us the results” approach. I’ve no doubt they’ll all be glued to their phones behind an alias but that’s not the way to do it from their perspective.

I mentioned before to the trust about independent companies that could do these surveys on behalf of the club and the FT / supporters, would keep them 100% independent and give tangible objectives for change. The club would need to invest in it all as it’s not cheap but if they are serious about FE then there is no reason not make the investment. It can all be tied in to the matchday stuff too and you as a trust can see every single touch point being missed.

Ps - @Freeman's Wharfer I didn’t moan there , hang it in the louvre 🤣🦊

That’s more like it Ryan! Bookmarking this and printing hard copy too :P

To answer your question though, we don’t know if the club will be on the webinar. They are welcome to sign up if they wish to, they know when it is.

We do, however, have a meeting with the club to talk through the survey results with them. We’ve insisted that this should be after the webinar (as we want parity for everyone in hearing the initial results and key findings) but given them the chance to meet before the 60+ page results report goes out in-full on Friday 11th July. They have taken up that opportunity.

They’ve a very big team, to deflect they will say it’s the “busiest time of year” and it is, without doubt, but I think inviting one of the 8(?) in the FE team directly and publicly will give you a very clear idea on how serious they are taking this.

It’s very very very easy to say they’ll meet in their cosy environment in numbers but sitting listening to the honesty of these results is something Imogen should embrace and want to be part of.

That said I loved sitting in Doncaster working men clubs and a pub full of anti-suit Well Bois listening to their feedback but as we have discussed this lot don’t want to get their hands dirty, which is a shame as that’s where you get stuff done and earn your stripes.

Happy to chat about those data companies and a proposal I think would work for all parties. (The trust should already have that actually, filed under b1n no doubt)

Wow ok, this is really impressive, well done.

It seems the foxes trust is really gathering pace so I will bookmark the date I need to renew my membership. For £10 (equivalent to 1.63 pints) a year it is worth my money to continue getting people power behind this movement

The Foxes Trust is pleased to announce plans for sharing the results of our End of Season Survey and what you need to do if you are interested in hearing them.

Read on our website here or in-full below:

Over 3,200 Leicester City Supporters have completed our End of Season Survey. The results are now available and we will be sharing them initially through an online event.

The online event will take place on Tuesday 8th July starting at 8pm and will run for 1 hour. It is open to all Leicester City Supporters whether or not you are a Trust member.

You can book your place now:

  • If you ARE a Foxes Trust member, follow this link
  • If you ARE NOT a Foxes Trust member, follow this link

(Two separate booking routes are required to capture the information needed to send details to you about the event).

Once your booking has been made you will receive an automatic email from LoveAdmin confirming your attendance at the event (it’s described as a ‘purchase’ but the event is FREE). Then on the day of the event an email will be sent to all registered attendees with the link to the online session.

The event will be hosted by members of the Foxes Trust Board and they will run through all the results. The results have given us a clear insight about how you are feeling about our football club and how it’s being run. We can see where you think the club is doing well, and where they are falling short. For example, you’re telling us that there are serious concerns about:

  • The Overall Running of the Club – Over 90% of supporters do not have confidence in the current senior management’s ability to run the club on a day-to-day basis.
  • Connection and Engagement with the Club – the Club are failing to communicate and engage with fans in many areas and because of that 78% of you are telling us that you no longer feel a strong connection to the football club.
  • Ticketing and Price Challenges – Whilst the majority of you think the price of season tickets is fair, 68% of you feel that the pricing of matchday tickets is unfair.

As well as sharing the results we’ll also provide an insight about how we intend to take matters forward with the Club. We can see from your views in the survey that Trust needs to do more to show that we are able to represent your views and influence change at the football club. We will do our utmost to do that, and to show that we are the main representative body acting for all Leicester City Supporters.

Thank you for making this the best survey response we have ever had. The more supporters that participate in events like this the harder it becomes for the Club to ignore the strength of feeling of supporters.

:scarf:

Unfortunately can’t make the webinar will there be a summary published of the results afterwards?

I'd be interested to know what goes through the head of the <10% people who are engaged enough to join in with the survey, but somehow blind to the way the club is being run...

Overall, sounds like a really promising step forward from the Trust, and hopefully the webinar continues that. As others have alluded to, directly and publicly inviting representatives of the club (the board, the fan engagement team, even the FAB) to join and watch would go a long way towards rebuilding some faith (or conclusively the opposite effect if its rejected).

Will the full report have all the raw data as well?

...Whilst I love a graph, I'm always conscious that that is just one person's view of how they want to present the data.

Question....are you scaling the results up and what methodology do you use?

So if you're saying XX% of supporters think XYZ.....is that true? Or is it XX% of the people who filled out the survey? There's is a huge difference.

You have an opportunity here to say to the club that we have a 60 page report with the view of thousands of fans and it can become the currency in removing NDAs on discussions.

Or you can continue as is and use your growth to further deepen your privileges being afforded to you.

Our data points with be [x] of fans surveyed told us.

The 'privileges being afforded' can you explain what you mean here?

We have heard feedback that some have struggled with the registration links so are now sharing the dial-in for Tuesday's session publicly so that any LCFC fan can attend:

Join Zoom Meeting

https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89488156259?pwd=HndOYVZZr7cdUlGcYXIjIJF585T28j.1

Meeting ID: 894 8815 6259

Passcode: 414825

We are exploring options to try and connect Zoom to the Foxes Trust YouTube account as well so if we can get that to work then we'll still be able to have people view even if we hit capacity on the Zoom link.

Presumably anyone that registered before can just use that Zoom link and passcode as well?
