Soccer7sSeries in Singapore on Friday, July 25 and finish on Sunday, July 27

Later this month, Morgan and a couple of his former teammates have been afforded the chance to wear the Leicester blue at least one more time. This is because Morgan, Danny Simpson, Danny Drinkwater, Robert Huth and Marc Albrighton are set to compete for the Foxes at the Soccer7sSeries in Singapore.

The Masters tournament, expected to include several teams from across Europe and the world, will start on Friday, July 25 and finish on Sunday, July 27. City are well represented and have five that title-winning XI included, with captain Morgan determined to win the competition and bring home some silverware.

Speaking ahead of Soccer7sSeries and his involvement, Morgan finished: "It's going to be fantastic. I think the unique bit about it is that I am meeting up and linking up with my old teammates, that's the cool element about it. Obviously there are other teams from the UK that are involved, so a lot of them I will know.

"Speaking to the boys, everyone is buzzing to go to a nice location, play a bit of football, connect again and have a lads weekend, playing football and we’re there to win, there’s something on the line as well."

The Soccer7sSeries, faster football where legends meet rising stars, gets underway at the Jalan Besar Stadium in Singapore from 25th – 27th July. Click hereto access tickets.

Who is the keeper?

It’s Luke Steele - Was supposed to be Ben Hamer.

Games are on DAZN - and available from last 2 nights. Its a bit of a pain to skip through and find the Leicester games (2 on each night) but thoroughly enjoyed watching them. Far more entertaining than pre season!

Strange we went for him considering he has no links to Leicester. Better than calling up Conrad Logan though.

I don’t think the club have officially anything to do with it, else I’m sure they’d be promoting it on socials.

Even more bizarre is that he's manager (joint with a player) of a club in National League North who have a big season ahead of them lol

I’m guessing he was available at short notice.

Thanks both- was trying hard to think who the keepers were from that time and he didn't look familiar

Brilliant well done Masters.  Some of those very familiar players, still good for their respective ages.  Heres a song we could sing," Singapore Masters Champions you'll never sing that."....................................

Something about Nugent scoring makes me smile.

Always like Waghorn too. Feel like everyone desperately wanted him to be the next big thing but unfortunately wasn't good enough, not for the lack of effort though. Don't remember a player hitting the woodwork more than him.

If he goes to Sunderland he will be in a relegation battle. Forest will at least offer him European Football. If I was him I would stick it out for another season and then see where it leades. a good promotion campaign could well make more clubs sit up and take notice
