Would quite gladly see us scrape a 3-2 win with Soumare caught out by literal children for both of theirs, if it helps drive home the fact that we don't want certain wasters at our club anymore.

 

No Faes is a massive bonus in that regard though.

Don’t have an issue with JJ being captain. Model pro and much better than having some of the others that could have been named.  Great news that Monga and Page are involved, would have liked to see Nelson starting instead of Vesty and Alves and Aluko on bench but overall not too bad.

Swap out Vesty for Nelson and and that's pretty much the strongest line up he could announce.   Skipp has been better then Winks in pre season and we sold Ndidi so Soumare will start unless we change the formation.

People need not To worry about younger players missing from the starting 11. the first 4-5 games are highly charged and a couple of steady heads in those games can be important. They will all play many minutes this season..
