Still not start for Michael Golding is disappointing.  £15m we spent on him, time to show us what he can do.

To think we dropped £12-14 million on him and yet never see him play beggars belief

Get behind the kids then.

I tried to get tickets to this for me and my boy and would have been delighted to see Monga and Page start.

I feel sorry for them in all honesty. They deserve a better start to their careers than this clown show.

Wasn't it £5m PSR fudge as part of the KDH deal

By leaving out WInks, Faes and BEK it will at least demonstrate to the owners /hierarchy what needs to be done in the next week if they go. Just hope that is the managers logic.

The lineup suggests the manager knows he's on borrowed time already!.

More like he knows he has no players as those above him are presiding over a firesale

Hoping to see something more positive, but Ayew up front always feels like we are lacking any sort of punch up front and no plan B. Can't expect Monga to carry that burden, or ask the kids to do this sort of role.

Hoping for a result. Just some positive play will help me

Was only £5m wasn’t it?

Reported fee was in the region of £4-5m. I am not sure where people are getting £15m from.

As long as we play Vestergaard and Thomas, we will continue to lose football matches.

We can’t defend in transition, every time an opposition counter attacks us, we are vulnerable to conceding, it’s the weakest part of our game, and it’s arguably 90% of this leagues strongest.

Our CM doesn’t press, so we always lose that battle, and then because the defence is set so high, we leave acres of grass for the opposition to hurt us. We could have prime Ronaldo, Ronaldinho and Messi leading the line today and we would still lose. If you can’t defend, then you don’t win football games and it’s as simple as that.

Charlton are very strong down the right, they’ve an excellent full back and a very good right midfielder. It’s a simple game plan for them. Get the ball, play balls into our left back position, and they will get easy chances on goal.

Marti has to see this, we’ve got to start playing either a back three, or try Coulibaly at left back…… because at present, that defence leaks goals.

Charlton 4 - 0 Leicester. Easy.

Knowing Rudkin, it's probably £10m of add-ons if he has more than 10 shits before 2028.

Line ups are getting worse in each passing week. Not a criticism of Marti anyway but if there's no additions (striker/deep midfielders) in the next week then zero chance of top six.

Soumare and Skipp.

I just can't...I mean...what? Seriously?

Marti, please!

I know it’s not his best position but I’d rather see Ricardo in there by himself instead and try something radical like 2 up front.

I know Daka and Ayew are both crap but that doesn’t mean their differing styles couldn’t, in theory, give their defenders more problems as they wouldn’t be as isolated as they are when on their own. Anything to break up this terrible SAS midfield partnership.

Honestly this fan base, the entitlement needs to end, we are in a dog fight and we need the fan base from 2014/15 back where we understood we are against it but backed the manager.

Marti has the most limited options a leicester manager has had in years, having a pop because he’s playing Soumare, who else goes there? Blaming his choice in Ayew, who else goes there?

Aim the frustration at the board and rudkin for the running of club absolutely, but constantly moaning about the manager every time is going to cause more a rift, say we sack marti….who then?

Get behind the manager. Stop moaning.

I don't think many (if any) in this thread are slating the manager brother

Glad Page is in, glad Silko Thomas and Alves are on the bench, surprised to see Marcal as I'd almost forgotten about him but glad to see someone different.

That's about it really. Vomit inducing midfield pairing of Soumare and Skipp again, Vesty will get exposed, we're still woefully short up front.

Take a draw with one of the kids scoring for us.

If Skipp/Soumare doesn’t gel soon and Marti insists on playing them I’m going to have to start questioning what he’s seeing that the rest of us aren’t.

He’s on a free hit at the moment but we’ve been on this track before we’ve had a few seasons of seeing underperforming players being consistently picked for no logical reason. As a fan base I think our patience has been worn down a bit.
