Any more rudkin out chants today ?

How was the reception when the players came over at full time?

Surely people have stopped clapping !!!

Rudkin stuff was just really weak.

We literally have a bunch of mercenaries in this squad, for most part. They're either overpaid or arrogant, are in for one final paycheck or are here on loan and have little to no connection to the club or its fans.

Mixed with one remaining member of times past (Ricardo) and a couple of youngsters that aren't as talented as the batch before.

Our "strikers" haven't scored once in the first 12 league matches. Piss-poor. At this rate, they'll reach 3 goals between them by May.

Where are the identification figures? They have pretty much all left.

Dire times ahead. The manager doesn't instill me with confidence – what's his concept precisely? I can't make out any variation in tactics. Just puts a starting XI out there week in, week out, and hopes it works out.

We either show up one half and take the lead and let the rest of games slide. The drop in performances is concerning.

Or we don't show up, concede and fight for a draw.

To me, it's shades of the 2004/2005 season. Lots of dross and (lower) mid-table mediocrity to come.

I foolishly thought we should get top 6 just through having better players as the standard is so poor in this league.

But we have no leaders like last time, who can dig the free loaders out, we are missing Vardy more than we thought, a dressing room lead by senior players Winks, Ayew, Vestergaard and Faes...

We need to move away from technical footballing managers at least until weve got players that can run without being asked to. We need a back to basics, no nonsense guy who will get into these lot because they absolutely do not care.

Obviously still bothered as you can't shrug off over 60 years of being bothered but a strange acceptance has descended on me. Bit of self preservation perhaps to keep the old blood pressure in check.

70 years for me ... I empathise completely.

I think today for me makes a new level of apathy. I didn’t watch and I wasn’t bothered because I knew what would happen. The passion will come back, and I’m not checking out (am taking my daughter to her first home game next weekend), but this is total shite and it’s no longer enjoyable to go to watch the game.

I get this.  I think ill always have an interest even when i stop going -check results, read reports etc.  But these days, and ive said it before, my personal enjoyment comes from odd moments rather than a commitment to the team.....Preston, mavididi goal at chelsea, ayew winner at saints.   Not sure if its age and there's more to life or because the club and game are not the same as i fell in love with.

These days my enjoyment comes through seeing my daughters excitement and enjoyment. It is our thing.  She is well into it and we are leicester fans living in cov city country so she is loving the banter at school.   For me though i dont think id attend regularly these days if it wasn't for her.  And today my response was "oh well" which would have been unthinkable a few years ago.  Id have been angry.

Complete overhaul of players and new owners desperately needed.

Simply not good enough

Cifuentes OUT

we need protests at home games against the current ownership, weak and pathetic ownership and the betting/crypto bollocks on the shirts is unacceptable

King Power OUT

Just watching Brentford on MOTD. If our players had only 50% of their commitment and, teamwork we would be OK.  Our players are so weak in intent and mentality.

Yes I was thinking the same and about Sunderland.

I'm with you here. Never thought I'd get to this point with this club, I have gone from die hard home and away to not even watching the last 3 games, check the results roll my eyes and get on with my day.

Obviously I still care or I wouldn't even be checking in, I am sure some of its just getting older, but I would say 80%+ is just how the club is being run into the ground and I just cant do it to myself anymore.

I doubt I will ever get back to home and away every week levels, but I hope the club can give me something to be proud of again in the future.

Utmost respect. You must have some special memories of 1956-57

Yes, just about my first season watching.  Oddly, a recent addition to our table tennis group turns out to be the son of Fred Worthington who apparently played in midfield for us in the previous season (I didn't remember him).

I am familiar with some of the names from players from that era having read about them but I had to look up Fred though. Nice to have a mate whose Dad played for us.

Thought we would lose anyway. So mehhh...

That said, I also thought we would lose by more than we did. Have Jakub to thank for that, otherwise it went as expected. Shower of something from start to finish.

Does anyone want my season ticket for the rest of the campaign? I've missed the last three home games and I'm not even fussed about it anymore... 😂

At what cost?

Personally I would want at least £200 to take it off your hands - which is a bargain. Plenty would want far more than that.

Another solution, give it to someone you really don't like.

Today is the day it hopefully dawns on Marti that a good portion of the seniors have let him down.

Anyone with a brain fancied us to lose today. Nows the time to turn this shit sandwich around

Half-hearted football today, mediocre and lackadaisical performance from many in the squad...reminded me of the Van Nistelrooy months. I wonder if Cifuentes carries any weight in the dressing room...

Time to reshuffle the front end. Daka is awful,  Carranza also poor. Must get a real striker.

It is time to reset our goals this is season to survival. Autos is laughably out of the question and it’s clear we don’t have enough for the play offs either. A lot hinges on whether we get a deduction. If we do, it could be the difference between a low mid table finish that we probably will merit on the pitch, or relegation.
