Maybe going to be one of those low scoring affairs where the bowlers dominate against struggling batsmen?

Pitch is tricky but not awful so a lot will depend on if this pair survive the new ball. If they get 300+, we’re cooked.

Difference here is you'd imagine they won't throw it away, you have to get them out with a good ball.

Exactly this. They’ll have the patience to try and wait out and play through a tricky spell which is just not in our DNA.

 

Really excellent bowling so far, but only one wicket to show for it. Can see Smith settling into it as the ball gets a bit older.

They can go at 2 an over for 2 days if they want and still win comfortably.
