The only one other than Pipes on RL that gets it.

I like Piper, he says what he sees. He understands the fans.

As does Matty Fryatt. Even though his voice is monotone and not easy to listen to, he's honest and knowledgeable.

If the dickhead squad had half the passion Matty displayed in that monologue we’d be fine. Basically called out Marti for incessantly saying the same things and then providing no evidence that they are actually doing anything about it. Pointed out how NFP would deal with what we are seeing and how different it is to Martis weak approach.

OPA is spineless in his interviews. First time I’ve heard him actually put anything to Marti this season about the lack of fight but frames it as “everyone else is saying”. Get some guts

Good idea, we need someone with experience of getting relegated to the 3rd division

He was part of that but he also stuck around to dominate that division and then be a crucial part of a team on a fraction of the wage bill and hype of this squad that reached the play-offs.

He put things right. I doubt this lot will.

I expect even Ayew would score a few in league 1. Or then again maybe not.

Matty gets it and he’s very honest like Pipes but he’s not the easiest pundit to listen to. Repeats himself, talks in riddles, misses out words and doesn’t stop for a breath!

Tell you what Fryatt in his prime is exactly what we are missing in this team. Absolute goal machine on his day.

Wasn't as quick as Daka or as strong as Ayew but he knew where that goal was.

Haven’t heard it yet but refreshing to find an ex player who isn’t afraid to speak his mind.

I loved Elliott and Taggart as players, but can’t stand them on Foxes Hub, both too afraid to say anything remotely critical about the players, the management or the ownership.

I guess they would lose their jobs if they did articulate what we as fans can all see, sad but true.

Which is even more important that the local media grows some and calls him out.

See some of the interviews by the Rangers media before Brussell Martin got the chop! That's how it's done!

He was quite dull to start with, but I actually think Matty Fryatt has improved loads on RL.

TBF Matt Piper was pretty dreadful when he started.

I really don't think much of Mike Stowell's contributions at all.

I've said my piece.

I’ve struggled at times to listen to him in the past, but I gained a lot of respect for him after what he said yesterday.
He seemed almost apologetic at the end, possibly regretting what he had said, but it was the truth.

I hope he gets lots of good feedback and RL don’t try to reign him in.

It's not a case of being spineless. When someone’s job is to ask questions, they should reflect what people are already discussing, not their own views. If many are raising a concern, bringing it up isn’t bias — it’s simply doing the job. Their personal opinion doesn’t matter, because the question is grounded in public discourse, not individual judgement.
