It occurs to me I have no idea who was using the Trust account on this forum.

Has that person left the board and is one of your group taking ownership of that forum account moving forward?

Jamie, Lynn and Ian have all posted under the FT account at different times.

At the risk of contributing to the thread derailment, the away fans priority system needs to start from the basis that nobody has a right to a ticket. Even Cliff and the bus 1s

50% of the allocation for a similar priority system to now for 3 or 4 days presale.  The remaining pretty much a free for all for any ST and Member.

To be honest mate id probably agree that's the best way to go about it. Because the current stages are just downright ridiculous to me, don't get me wrong I completely appreciate that loyalty deserves some kind of reward but the stages going from from all Season Ticket Holders and Members to Season Ticket Holders with 600 PRIORITY POINTS (equates to about 12 years of holding a ST) is just diabolical. I mean going straight to 12 years worth is mental and just not realistic as if I started my season ticket from next season (2026/27) and persisted with it I couldn't access away tickets with any regularity until roughly 2038 and your not gonna be able to attend THAT MANY away games that make any serious dent with 1 point per game. Personally, I propose that 30% of tickets should opened up with a staged 24 hour early access to members with 4 or more years of holding a season ticket and then from then onwards its open to any member or season ticket holder from lets say 9am.

For instance: Stoke City Saturday 21st February 12:30KO 3,094 allocation

Monday 26th January (8am) - 928 tickets (30%) 24 hour early access for Season Ticket Holders with 400+ priority points

Tuesday 27th January (8am) - all remaining tickets become available for any Season Ticket Holder or Fox member

Because of this, loyal long standing fans retain their loyalty benefits whilst tickets become available for the passionate fans starting out

Yeah I’m with you, I just don’t know how they are going to change the priority system in a way that’s fair. It’s so difficult

You are correct this is not going to be easy and there will be many conversations before the club decides. One thing to dwell on many with high points also spend a lot with the club, that spend could be at risk if the club get this wrong.

Often wondered what Political connections the club/supporters have? In Sheffield most of the local MPs are Wednesday ST holders, and have been influencial behind the scenes in slowly getting the ownership changed. Also they have a direct line to new regulator. Always found senior Political players can command a clubs attention.

Any interest in LCFC from Leicester MPs in whats going on?

Well done everyone involved – with a special mention to Becky, Harry and Jamie. I don't know any of you three personally, but I wish to buy you a pint if we ever meet.

Vaz is regularly seen mixing it up in directors seats.

Signed up to the trust yesterday. The changes within the group and that car crash of an interview from Aiyawatt has made me take the plunge.

I feel it's going to be needed in the coming months / year and the more members it has, the louder the voice is.

Will be interested to hear with the plans are for the £40K sitting in the trusts account, this is far too much and will cover the costs for many many years even without a single renewal. Maybe something in the community? A donation to Union FS (or isn't this allowed?)

I think just something - make use of it.

We should make the membership fee last for 5 or 10 years, free for under 18s, with a life time membership older people and disabled people.

As long as we have sufficient funds for the running of the club. Trust

If money is needed for campaigns or community activities then I'm sure many fans would contribute at the time.

Approx £30k we agreed to move into an interest raising account as opposed to sitting there. That's why there's that uptick in £5k interest as the money took two lots of interest.

I suspect the following things we are planning will see the funds begin to be utilised

  • Making the end of season survey stronger - I'd like us to target 5,000. We managed 3,214. The club got just under 1,000 for their survey on the West Brom game.
  • Fanzone or ground adjacent presence on a regular basis - we will need banners/display equipment.
  • We are in the process of finalising a fundraising project with the community arm of LCFC. In conjunction with Union FS.
  • That fundraising campaign will involve a run towards the end of season.
  • Plans for event with an ex City personality - got really good people working on this. But we would have to carry some cost of the set-up.

Nice, let me know where I can get £5k of interest on £30K and I'll move some money too lol

Depending on how we are doing on the league, will this be a run where the loser is forced to go to a match?

Will keep an eye on this one as I am looking for a reason to get back to running.

Send me your money and I will send it to the Nigerian Prince who has told me that he will give it back with interest once his funds are released.

Well done re your response to the nonsense spouted by our owner, don’t hold your breath awaiting a response from Rudkin or anyone at the club.
