Maybe rowett was paralyzed by the reality dawning on him of why his predecessors all failed. Come to Jesus moment perhaps?

he’s got his work cut out to save this club!

Majority of the above is correct by the way - but we all need to take stock and realise that any manager hasn’t got much choice and is working with what they have by the virtue of Rudkin and King Power, an unbalanced and just poor squad. We haven’t got the means to play much differently.

100% Correct.

It's a hodgepodge group of players with very little quality in any position. The responsibility for our league position and impending relegation rests completely with Top & Rudkin.

I know only 3rd game in but his performance too was absolutely shocking today.

We desperately needed subs at half time.

BDCR was abysmal 1st half - it was clear it wasn't working.

Akoli ****ing awful.

and the lad Makasa was blowing out of his arse after 30 minutes.

All needed to be changed at half time and / or or within 15 minutes of the 2nd half.

Daka usual shite of course

Defensively at corners we're atrocious still.

Our own set pieces are a joke.

No motivation of these players whatsoever - although I wouldn't labour that point as Brian Clough would struggle to motivate these complete and utter tossers

I know goals change games but we looked atrocious after conceding today., I realise we were a bit passive before the 1st goal but there was no way we were coming back into this one. Did Gary set up ok? I'm not sure.

I saw him strutting before the match  in full LCFC gear with the biggest white box fresh trainers you could ever imagine and for a second I had Pearson levels of positivity and then unfortunately the game started.

Ita not the manager its the players they dont give a shit

That's the issue

Exactly.

Get Pep and Jose dream team and they couldn't do feck all with this lot.

Looked at the body language  of our Aussies at 0-1 and it says it all.

Mavadidi only been on for a while, shoulders slumped, did his one bit of skill and that's his job done.

Plenty of examples but just cant be arsed.

Sooner we get rid of this lot the better.

THEN we need a manager who's got some bo11ox about him and not a yes man

It’s just annoying though, there’s nothing to take the piss out of now. It’s all just shite.

Do we have to do this? Everything’s hard enough without having a pop at the bloke who basically has both hands tied behind his back. He’s got Dumb & Dumber above him and a load of lazy-arsed over-paid players beneath him. Give it a rest.

Well said , I agree,  FFS

Rowett needs to ditch the cap.....he unfortunately hasn't the head for it....and I wear a baseball cap all the time.... maybe he should wear a designer one than wearing the mainstream Adidas ones

Even if that’s the case, not everything has to be either a joke or hyperbole on here. It would be great if there was some middle ground or common sense on here to counteract what we’re experiencing at the top.

The reality is , the man is having a go at saving us from relegation ( yes the results do ultimately lay at his door ) however taking over at this stage of the season with what’s go on beforehand makes it even harder. I applaud him , give the bloke a break , we ain’t down yet and we might as well support him opposed to slag him. I don’t think his overall tactics were correct today ( bringing on Ayew  for 1 who offers nothing ) but hey -ho , fact is he’s our manager until the end of the season and if he keeps up up then I’d like to shake his hand . On to the next game

For how long was their goal coming?

Ridiculous to have sat there and watched 4 / 5 absolutely abysmal individual performances without making any changes .

Irrespective of being here  1 week, 1 day or whatever that was ****ing abysmal from him.

He's supposed to understand the game, played at a high level, managed for years etc - It was piss piss poor

Too early for all of the toys out of my pram but that was woeful and should be called out

Maybe the penny is dropping now what many said early on in the “Cifuentes out” thread - doesn’t matter who leads this group (realistically), it’s a mess. No one is sorting it out.

Because they lose to one of the most inform teams in the league? Maybe see how it pans out more than 3 games
