As the season draws to a close and major repair work is needed through out the club. Who are the people who we need to stay around?

Does anyone still have faith in anyone left running the club?

So in the words of the clash… You’ve got to let me know… should I stay or should I go…

Damn, did not expect to be the first to vote... well, guess I will see how my vote goes with the rest of FoxesTalk

Thought Glover might have been shoestringed by upper management. I was toss up on him, but took a chance...

All can go.

C vnt Top, Rudkin, snd Glover for their running of the club, recruitment etc.

Rowett as I think he's sh1t,  a coward, a clone of past managers  and his record during his 14 game nightmare with us speaks volumes for itself...

And it really needs a vote on it ?
How much more rack & ruin, rot & decay, would you like to see before you make your mind up ?

Brain dead?

Must be. It’s the whole ‘he just needs to get rid of Rudkin and we’ll be fine’ mentality.

Rudkin stays whilst Aiyawatt does. The shit culture is set by Aiyawatt. Voting to keep Aiyawatt is a vote for no change.

I think a poll on who should stay might be more interesting.

For me: Page, Souttar, Nelson, and some of our other youth fringe players and loanees to fluff up the squad.

It’s interesting enough to see that 19 people have voted to keep Aiyawatt they haven’t also voted Rudkin to stay!

On your point, I guess it’s where you put the line between youth prospect and who it’s worth naming specifically. If it’s been around the first team or out on loan;

Page

Aluko

Braybooke

Are the obvious 3.

Joseph

Evans

Are the next 2.

Monga not mentioned as assuming he will go. Silko Thomas?

Souttar I’d be happy to see stay. I don’t dislike Skipp but he’s been part of the back to back relegations in the only 2 years he’s been here (as opposed to at least having the promotion season as some form of positivity) so I’d hope he could be moved on.  Nobody else I’d keep if it was possible.

They want change but not get rid of the only person who steadfastly refuses to deliver it.

The problem with forums like this is that they become echo chambers with people bullying others to agree with them and drowning out alternative views. Those that get don't align to the herd tend to get fed up and drift away to other places.

A poll like this is good, as it is a chance to see what people think without them necessarily having to write a post and be hounded for it. And find out there might be a more balanced view across the fan base.

But as soon as you get to the comments, it's more of the same: criticising others for having a different opinion.

For the record, I'm all 4 out as we need a complete cultural reset, but I don't know how the politics work and who overrules who on what decisions. Top might have been badly advised but still is heavily invested in the vlub, and may still be able to provide the funds. Glover might not be as bad as the record suggests, as maybe he's not been able to do his job properly and our culture can destroy any player's confidence. But I'd like to hear expalantions for other opinions and not just have them shouted down which is becoming more and more frequent on this site.

If even they don't understand the link, it unfortunately does show a lack of basic intelligence or rather insight/ability to join the dots.

Do they think Top is going to then hire somebody amazing? Do they think he will hire somebody who has total control of it and can say no to him? It's absolutely bizarre that anybody thinks this. Top wants somebody 'competent' enough to run that side of the club without it exploding after day 1 but he doesn't care if the club is burning around him.

Critically important that people move on from Rudkin now. He's not going anywhere and Top, with his hubris, takes the criticism targeted at Rudkin as evidence that we don't understand how the club is run and he knows much better than us.

It's a fair point but unfortunately it's hard to present a case for Top or anyone else based on what's happened. What evidence we do have overwhelming shows he has made mistake after mistake. Ultimately those aren't relevant as the biggest factor is that we're in League 1 and I think most owners would have struggled to do that in the same timeframe if they'd tried to.

The other thing is that anyone who is pro Top/KP have never made a good or credible argument as to why he should stay, apart from bringing up the PL win. There's a thread about the division in the fanbase so that has just fed the hate that anyone voting in will get (I mean the division in the fanbase/not the thread). The club is facing an existential crisis and those 'iners' just don't seem to understand it.

And this is wild to think about, but the reality of the situation is that Rudkin is more likely to be competent that Top is based on the evidence (yes I did just type that). He's sitting at 100% out.

I would say that your point about Glover is very reasonable, even if again, evidence suggests unlikely. From what little we get, it's easy to extrapolate that the culture is absolutely abysmal and very cliquey so very possible that and Head of Recruitment is there for lip service only.

Places like the Facebook pages are exactly the same with the opposite viewpoint though.

Also I don’t think it’s critical to point out it’s rather bizarre to have a number of people saying Aiyawatt in but Rudkin out as there is a clear link that is basic to understand there.

Rowett and Glover are fair enough and it’s perfectly understandable that a small number of people will want to give Rowett a chance or don’t necessarily put the issues as Glover’s door and don’t mind giving him a chance. I like you put all 4 out but you’ll always get different opinions.

If you want Rowett out but Top to stay ask yourself this - who chose Rowett, Marti, Van Nistelroy and Cooper?
You want them to have another go at picking a manager?
