The Reverend Posted 12 February 2006 Posted 12 February 2006 someone was throwing massive peices of lego at me and i couldnt get away from him, no matter where i went he was there Weird!
Chimp Posted 12 February 2006 Posted 12 February 2006 someone was throwing massive peices of lego at me and i couldnt get away from him, no matter where i went he was there rofl... that's quality.
D4 Posted 12 February 2006 Posted 12 February 2006 someone was throwing massive peices of lego at me and i couldnt get away from him, no matter where i went he was there the other possibilty is that you were actually a lego man \ woman and that the lego was normal size, and u cudnt get away becuase you were lego'd to the big sheet of lego-grass, which is suprisingly sticky if ya bum is made up of an interlocking lego groove stylee effort. they shudda at least wacked one of them hard hats on u tho text book.
Magictv Posted 12 February 2006 Posted 12 February 2006 one i used to have from as far back as i can remember to about 12 or something. This man dressed all in black with wolverine type hands and a face i couldn't see used to chase me into a deadend and then start slowly walking towards me when i would wake up. Also i had a nasty one the other day I was on my paper round and this random guy was following me and i went into a house and basically he'd chase me and he had a knife i think then i'd wake up. Weird and both scary as fook
The People's Hero Posted 12 February 2006 Posted 12 February 2006 Recently I've been dreaming about being at work and just having a really mundane day, watching the clock etc. Then I wake up and have to go to work, fairly annoying... I want exciting dreams or at least something other than work! I also dream quite a lot about playing for my local village cricket team and reaching 49 then getting out or running out of batting partners. Dunno why I can't just have a really good dream.
Milky Posted 13 February 2006 Posted 13 February 2006 i always struggle to remember what has happened in my dreams. i can specifically remember that i have had a long one, but when it comes to recalling the finer points, i can't. annoying.
Bert Posted 13 February 2006 Posted 13 February 2006 I've not had a dream for quite a while. It'll be very freaky if i have one when i retire to my pit later on.
Benji Posted 13 February 2006 Posted 13 February 2006 i went through a weird stage a few years ago, whatever i thought about as i lay on my bed, i went on to dream about, (with the odd mixed up thing that you get in dreams) As a kid i used to hate sleeping because i'd go all strange, the walls kept moving closer to me as if i had double vision or something, i;d end up just going under covers so it was just pitch black The only two re-occuring dreams i had, falling off the back of uncles motorbike off the road and a cliff (ending as i fall) and hence me not ever riding a motorbike And the second is a strange one ill keep to myself I get deja vous a lot, stuff i dream does happen but i've come to accept it now and then don't think anything of it, although a while ago i used one dream to make a big decision in my life, and it turned out to be the wrong sh1tting one, GREAT
Leicester_Mad Posted 13 February 2006 Posted 13 February 2006 I used to have a recurring dream of wolves chasing me, and i always used to hide in the same car on my street....dont know what it means I like Benji also have dreams and then over the next few weeks the same thing happens, but this time its real...think its the drinking to be fair...
Leicesterpool Posted 21 October 2012 Posted 21 October 2012 My dream last night was little bit wierd but seemed so realistic, I'm with my mates at college and we've got a lesson in PE or something and we're looking for the classroom, anyway eventually we find the classroom and we pass like the staff room. The door is open to the staff room and all the teachers are there and guess who is sitting there in a tracksuit on the phone, okay you all going to go "here we go again" yes it was Jessica Ennis, in my dream i was think "Oh my god, it's her! What she doing here" anyway go to my lesson and another teacher is there, telling us all to get warmed up. Next Jess comes into the sports hall with a lovely smile on her face. As she walks i collapse and almost faint. Anyway next minute we're outside and it's just me an her and I'm running about doing hand stands trying to impress her for some reason. Ain't my dreams weird! but very enjoyable!
Trav Le Bleu Posted 21 October 2012 Posted 21 October 2012 My dream last night was little bit wierd but seemed so realistic, I started a poll about polls and which poll would have the most polls if there was a poll about having polls. It was brilliant! O RLY?
ithuriel Posted 21 October 2012 Posted 21 October 2012 I've had some real doozies, nightmares that a couple of times woke me up in a start and some weird friggin dreams, when i was a kid i vaguely remember a recurring nightmare about something dark watching me in my room, something that meant me serious harm but that could not hurt me physically, is or was hard to describe.
Carl the Llama Posted 21 October 2012 Posted 21 October 2012 get de je vois alot, and when i was lil i always used to have the same nightmare GRAMMER NAZI POST ALERT: de je vois = "of I see". Déjà vu ("already seen") is the phrase you were looking for.
AoWW Posted 21 October 2012 Posted 21 October 2012 GRAMMER NAZI POST ALERT: de je vois = "of I see". Déjà vu ("already seen") is the phrase you were looking for. I expect that more than 6 years on, your contribution will be immediately noted by holly.
whoareyaaa Posted 21 October 2012 Posted 21 October 2012 Used to have this dream a lot we're I would get chased up the garden by somethign and couldnt get up the little step that leads into the house.
Carl the Llama Posted 21 October 2012 Posted 21 October 2012 I expect that more than 6 years on, your contribution will be immediately noted by holly. It's a better error than spelling grammar with an e whilst correcting somebody's post.
Carl the Llama Posted 21 October 2012 Posted 21 October 2012 I had a sick dream the other night where for some reason I had one of those Segway machines, and for some other reason it had 3 gears, the 3rd of which took you screaming down the motorway faster than all the cars. WHERE CAN I GET ONE?!
Kitchandro Posted 21 October 2012 Posted 21 October 2012 When I was a kid I used to have recurring dreams about ET (the alien dude not Claridge scoring winners). For some reason I was terrified of him, especially that picture where he's dressed up in old woman clothes in the movie. He used to chase me around the house and I was always somehow injured and at a disadvantage, usually I'd be paralysed from the waist down. He'd eventually corner me and when I'd look in his eyes I'd 'die'. Sometimes I'd wake up straight away, but sometimes I'd be 'dead' but still be conscious, and sometimes I'd pretend I was dead so he'd leave me. Rarely worked though. There's one that I'll always remember, it's absolutely ridiculous. I must of been about 10. I was lying at the bottom of the stairs on my front, I tried to get up but couldn't move my legs. At the top of the stairs was my sister and one of her mates, she was about 15 in the dream, even though she's a year younger than me. I begged them to help me but they both just laughed and ran off. So I'm on the floor and I look into my kitchen which is the next room. Except in the kitchen is one of those talkshows like Jonathan Ross or Graham Norton, but there's no presenter, just a voiceover guy. And there's no stage or anything, just two stools for the guests. And the voiceover guy goes 'On tonight's show, talking about his new book, Gary Lineker' and Gary appears on one of the stools smiling and holding up the new book. Then the voiceover guy goes 'and....ET!' and ET appears on the other stool, with those dead, evil eyes staring at me. Needless to say I shat myself and then I woke up There was another one not long after that where a gorilla chased me and my sister round the house.
FoxesAreBlue Posted 21 October 2012 Posted 21 October 2012 Often have dreams that I'm playing at filbert st, sometimes for leicester, sometimes against - either way, I can never score, bit like real life in that respect! Another one is where I am doing press ups in front of a group of people as a demonstration, but then somebody else sits on my back and I can't do them.
