Forest are good odds around. Something like a Forest, West Brom, Swansea would be decent. Can add in M'boro if you can get them at a decent price.

yeah tbf forest stood out on the coupon for me, too. always a gamble backing a massively out of form side in the cup though, obviously forest are better than rochdale but their form is hideous, away from home in the cup etc.
