Rincewind Posted 14 December 2006 Posted 14 December 2006 get some poker chips and then the teachers will think you're playing for play money. Well they wont be able to prove otherwise. Tell them its educational because to be a winner you need to work percentages and odds out. Poker ought to go on the maths curriculum. Would make the subject more interesting. Other games whist bridge Old Maid and that one played with a crib board, errr Cribbage. Black jack brag pontoon hearts chase the lady strip poker or if you are unlucky Patience

Only, I need to research the English names of those games. I doubt the Italian names would be of much use to you!

One bloke at the last time had a right go at me for my shuffling, dealing and playing technique. Old boy he was. Tw at. Beat him anyway. I also played in a darts tournament recently for similar reasons, but didn't win that
