Bryn Posted 23 March 2007 Posted 23 March 2007 FFS... do you all know the ins and outs of these deals? If you do and you know it's Kellys or Davies fault then go ahead and critisise them. But the fact is non of you do know the details. Maybe he didn't want to come. Maybe Birmingham were willing but wanted a fat fee. Maybe medicals weren't passed. Maybe it was a last minute thing as other targets (Toderov) decided to turn us down. It could be any number of reasons, but oh no it's Kellys fault. Maybe the police should find out where he was the night Bob Wolmer was killed, i'm sure a few of you will point the finger at him soon. My point exactly, I think there are numerous possible reasons why they didn't come in, many of them fair enough. But I think we have a right to some indication of why no-one came in, when we were told repeatedly that deals were on the table.

The Birmingham strike was wonderful (but not as good as Nygaards ). Hes Primership standard. Id rather see him going to the primership than going to another championship club. Hes better than Joe Cole! He should be in the England squad.

Hes better than Joe Cole! He should be in the England squad. 100k for Lee Cook may not be enough, but this was a loan deal. As far as I know, fee's are rarely given when taking a player on loan.
