filbertway Posted 3 September 2007 Posted 3 September 2007 I really fail to see how Rangers to Leicester is a backwards move, we're not not even on the same level as them. Exactly... From rangers to Leicester would surely be step back/drop in class?
Lillehamring Posted 3 September 2007 Posted 3 September 2007 Scottish football is steadily improving, especially Celtic and Rangers. I think that Celtic proved that last year when they beat Man Yoo in the Champions League. I don't think that it is a backwards step when you consider that Rangers are playing Champions League football and have been playing in Europe since the year dot. come off it, man u had, like, 70% possession, but couldn't hit a barn door - it was one of the most one-sided games i have ever seen - they fluked a result and that proves nothing... ultimately, this has nothing to do with this signing....

Mark Posted 3 September 2007 Posted 3 September 2007 All news of the signing has dissapeared from the OS, reckon there has been a problem with international clearance?
Milky Posted 3 September 2007 Posted 3 September 2007 All news of the signing has dissapeared from the OS, reckon there has been a problem with international clearance? Articles seem to appear, disappear and then appear again all the time.
Sods Posted 3 September 2007 Posted 3 September 2007 All news of the signing has dissapeared from the OS, reckon there has been a problem with international clearance? Their trying to get it done for saturday
Lillehamring Posted 3 September 2007 Posted 3 September 2007 All news of the signing has dissapeared from the OS, reckon there has been a problem with international clearance? that might delay things, but can't imagine it would scupper it completely, isn't he ok if he's danish, eu, an all.... more likely just the usual OS amateurism
Micky Ruddle Posted 3 September 2007 Posted 3 September 2007 Never heard of this bloke until now. Is Milan planning on a foreign invasion or something?
Asha Posted 3 September 2007 Posted 3 September 2007 Never heard of this bloke until now.Is Milan planning on a foreign invasion or something? This happened at Portsmouth. I'm referring to Collins Mbesuma, Azar Karadas, Emmanuel Olisadebe and the like.
Alexikokopops Posted 3 September 2007 Posted 3 September 2007 Another striker? He's left footed and can play on the left wing too.
Asha Posted 3 September 2007 Posted 3 September 2007 He's left footed and can play on the left wing too. And where do Hayes and Porter fit in to the equation?
Micky Ruddle Posted 3 September 2007 Posted 3 September 2007 And where do Hayes and Porter fit in to the equation? Porter won't. I don't think.
Alexikokopops Posted 3 September 2007 Posted 3 September 2007 And where do Hayes and Porter fit in to the equation? Well if you'd read the thread you'd know that he spent from January to June on loan at Rangers and only played in the Youth team, so I'd imagine they'd be ahead of him in the pecking order.

Bryn Posted 3 September 2007 Posted 3 September 2007 I really fail to see how Rangers to Leicester is a backwards move, we're not not even on the same level as them. Rangers to Leicester is a huge backwards step.
Lillehamring Posted 3 September 2007 Posted 3 September 2007 Rangers to Leicester is a huge backwards step. he's probably been sold on being a regular first team starter when we're in the premiership next season...
MPH Posted 3 September 2007 Posted 3 September 2007 All news of the signing has dissapeared from the OS, reckon there has been a problem with international clearance? i wonder if thats anything to do with the fact that officially, the loan market isnt open until saturday.....
Milky Posted 3 September 2007 Posted 3 September 2007 He wasn't actually in the Reserve squad tonight
Eastern Fox Posted 3 September 2007 Posted 3 September 2007 Funny how the club's policy on foreign players has changed so much if recent times, mostly down to money I guess. Even when we had our most successful team under O'Neill, foreign players were a something of a novelty, Milan seems to be intent on signing as many as possible. Hopefully less Nielsons, more N'Gottys!
Simi Posted 3 September 2007 Posted 3 September 2007 He wasn't actually in the Reserve squad tonight International clearance not sorted yet then.
