You're a bit of a touchy guy, aren't you?

All we said is that there's places other than F&Bs that aren't full of posh snobs. If you think any chain restaurant in Leicester is for "posh" people then you're probably missing out on a fair few decent places just because you've got the wrong end of the stick. I've eaten in pretty much all of them and they're all about par. In fact, F&Bs is actually a bit pricier than some others that are a bit nicer.

You're free to do what the **** you want, none of us give a toss. We're just making conversation, conversation which you brought up.

No need to get your panties all bunched.

The idea of any chain restaurant being posh or stuck up!! Biggest laugh I've had in ages.

I have moved the family from Surrey to West Sussex, now only about 40 mins from Brighton which is nice. Nice rental while our new house gets built.

Let's be honest, nowhere in Leicester is really "posh" is it?

The White Peacock is probably the closest you'll get.

There is a nice chain French restaurant, Chez Pierre or something. It isn't overly expensive and the food is quite nice.

Pierre's Bistro? 

 

I went a couple of times but didn't rate it.

Actually it's Bistrot Pierre, I've just googled it.

 

I had a steak there and it was like shoe leather, my missus didn't like her Sea Bass either. Maybe we just went on Chef's night off.
