StanSP Posted 10 June 2009 Posted 10 June 2009 Emarosa. Not sure how old they are but this guy has one hell of a voice.
Jonezy Posted 11 June 2009 Posted 11 June 2009 Didn't know where to put this. I have completely missed one of my favorite singer/songwriter has a new album out. Well the name is Fink, who use to be a DJ and therefore is on the Ninja Tune label. He got this very deep bassy voice and the acoustics are also more bassy than normal. His new album is the 3rd as a singer/songwriter, and I can recommend the first two highly. If you like Jose Gonzalez, you will love this guy, then again if you like Jose Gonzalez, you probably already have Fink's new album.... Link: http://www.myspace.com/finkmusic

andy_croydz Posted 11 June 2009 Posted 11 June 2009 A band called Alter Bridge and a band called Logan, Logan especially are pretty unheard of but they are one of the best grunge-rock bands around right now, i'd suggest checking them and Alter Bridge out if you like the grungey rock sound.

andy_croydz Posted 11 June 2009 Posted 11 June 2009 Where the hell have you been? Is that a "where the hell have you been?" in terms of me being away from Foxestalk for ages?
Libertine Posted 11 June 2009 Posted 11 June 2009 Is that a "where the hell have you been?" in terms of me being away from Foxestalk for ages? Yeh. What is it, about 10 years now?
andy_croydz Posted 11 June 2009 Posted 11 June 2009 Yeh. What is it, about 10 years now? Haha I'm surprised anyone even remembers me coming on here, didn't think anyone would remember me at all . I used to come on every day back when it was pretty new and when I knew a lot of people but when it started getting more busy and overcrowded I just kinda drifted away for some reason Not saying that it was a bad thing that it got more popular, it was a good thing, especially for the owner but I just got less interested in coming on
General Smuts Posted 12 June 2009 Posted 12 June 2009 anything other than her (excellent) myspace stuff available yet? Not that i know of, plans for an album though i think. ArmsAutolux The Dirty Projectors Aren't these all old bands?
