LENNY GLOVER Posted 24 October 2007 Posted 24 October 2007 bolton news 3.42 permission given for talks
Staf Posted 24 October 2007 Posted 24 October 2007 From Bolton News : Leicester City have cleared the way for Gary Megson to become the next manager of Bolton Wanderers. The Championship club are understood to have finally given their 48-year-old manager permission to speak to Wanderers chairman, Phil Gartside, over the vacant Reebok post. There has been no confirmation from either club, but Gartside, who was twice denied permission to speak to Megson, is now free to talk to his number one target. It is the most significant development yet in the search for a successor to Sammy Lee, who left the Reebok last week after just 14 games in charge, and it seems only a matter of time before the former West Brom and Nottingham Forest manager is officially appointed. MPH Posted 24 October 2007 Posted 24 October 2007 http://www.boltoneveningnews.co.uk/display..._for_megson.php bloody hell.. he's actually, really genuinely going to go!
OriginalRobboFOX Posted 24 October 2007 Posted 24 October 2007 Correct !!!You still think he's here ?? Well he hasn't come out of his office yet, according SSN....
Fez of Mahrez Posted 24 October 2007 Posted 24 October 2007 you said he'd gone, already, as in this morning.... Squabbling amongst ourselves on a joyous day such as this. We're like some war-torn African country where the hated chief gets overthrown and all the tribes fight among themselves to get into government. Then of course some ancient right-wing dictator comes along and it's just as bad as before but in a different way. Now where I can put a few quid on Thracian as our next manager?
ohmy6od2 Posted 24 October 2007 Author Posted 24 October 2007 Well he hasn't come out of his office yet, according SSN.... They (SSN) arrived after he stormed out at approx 10am
Cal Posted 24 October 2007 Posted 24 October 2007 I dont understand why he was even appointed in the first place..
MPH Posted 24 October 2007 Posted 24 October 2007 im actually very intruiged as to who will be picking the side on Saturday... I really hope it will be Taggart.. he knows the sort of side needed to get the fans behind the team right now, which to be honest is more important than a tactical genius at a time like this...
