Trav Le Bleu Posted 24 November 2007 Posted 24 November 2007 I can compare this win to taking malinda messenger out and her paying for all the booze and agreeing with everything I say she then pays for the taxi and gives me a massive b**w job and brings my breakfast up whilst i watch match of the day in bed. Ole Ole Ole So long as she doesn't bring up her breakfast
Thracian Posted 24 November 2007 Posted 24 November 2007 Fantastic in terms of getting a bit of momentum going. Dunno how much credit is due to Holloway, but hopefully it's indicative of things to come.In terms of not dropping behind the pack, it's lucky and/or good that we got this win with the first game. If we still have a chance of pushing for the playoffs we need to get going NOW. Holloway himself said he'd been frank with people and told them exacctly what he wanted. Sounds to me like he got his message across because Bristol must have been limited to three or four worthwhile chances tops. If we clean up with a clean sheet as well while playing the 4-4-2 that's supposed to make us defensively weaker then it might emphasise that spending some time up the other end is the best way of easing pressure. Barber's praised Sheehan again. I wonder if they've got access to FoxesTalk while they're over there in Bristol!
Matt Posted 24 November 2007 Posted 24 November 2007 OLLIE, OLLIE, OLLIE.... (Tries to remember not to get too excited yet/i])
Simon Posted 24 November 2007 Posted 24 November 2007 We've sounded fairly decent today- although you never can tell with John Barber's commentary! Hopefully the lads can bring it on home now... OLLIES BLUE AND WHITE ARMY!

I want to see us win at home before I get carried away, away points have been easier for us for quite a while now!

Thracian Posted 24 November 2007 Posted 24 November 2007 Red card for Fryatt. What the hell was that about?
City_4_Life Posted 24 November 2007 Posted 24 November 2007 Fryatt sraight red!!! What the fook happened there?
Trav Le Bleu Posted 24 November 2007 Posted 24 November 2007 WTF!?!?!?! Fryatt off for straight red...
MC Prussian Posted 24 November 2007 Posted 24 November 2007 Fryatt sees a straight red for absolutely nothing. Whatever.
Shit_arse Posted 24 November 2007 Posted 24 November 2007 Well handled by Holloway by the sounds of it.
Jonezy Posted 24 November 2007 Posted 24 November 2007 willy puller Ref!!!! As bloody usual.............
Simon Posted 24 November 2007 Posted 24 November 2007 Seems an outrageous decision. No-one seems to know what that was for.
Trav Le Bleu Posted 24 November 2007 Posted 24 November 2007 I want to see us win at home before I get carried away, away points have been easier for us for quite a while now! That would be the thing that would really get us back on track... roll on Monday (it's a deodourant )
Matt Posted 24 November 2007 Posted 24 November 2007 Appeal the fooker. Again another referee has get his name in the press. And what will the F.A/Football League do about it? Make the clubs in the next league down suffer, because of HIS mistake. Well Done (Actually let him ref a Leeds match that may be a good thing) Does that mean Matty's suspended for Monday? And if so could we get an appeal through and passed in time?
Thracian Posted 24 November 2007 Posted 24 November 2007 He's the last player you expect to get sent off. He's harmless. They're saying elbowing but I've never seen Fryatt elbow anyone in first team or reserves. They've got the sodding replay. Come on what the hell happened.
Cobbo Posted 24 November 2007 Posted 24 November 2007 Said violent conduct on the vidi printer thing but I dunno how accurate that is - get an appeal in!
