Obviously they wouldnt be as rich as milan mandaric but they would settle the finances and keep the everything controlled. As in wage decrease.

You should get more for that. Although that's presuming the FA/FL exercises some consistency, which can never be taken for granted. Anyway, I'll leave you to contemplate playing Tranmere...
