Super Arj Posted 27 February 2008 Author Posted 27 February 2008 Sorry i didnt add this in my previous post Nathan Dyer surely our answer snap him up in the summer and were sorted Nathan Dyer
Finchy Posted 27 February 2008 Posted 27 February 2008 NOT PLAYING MATTY FRYATT!!! There's your problem.
The Stig Posted 27 February 2008 Posted 27 February 2008 NOT PLAYING MATTY FRYATT!!! There's your problem. Rubbish. He's a striker that has not enough pace or strength and he rarely scored goals. I agree with the thread. We need wings. Flying over the opposition would really help us.

Jack Posted 27 February 2008 Posted 27 February 2008 We need wingers big time. And for the Fryatt matter, he has had enough chances for me. People say that he has 'potential' but when is he ever going to show this.
The Stig Posted 27 February 2008 Posted 27 February 2008 I'll think you'd find he is a hitman. Who doesn't hit anything.
DB11 Posted 27 February 2008 Posted 27 February 2008 Strikers are not getting any of the ball from the wings
Bert Posted 27 February 2008 Posted 27 February 2008 Sorry i didnt add this in my previous postNathan Dyer surely our answer snap him up in the summer and were sorted Nathan Dyer Yeah, because that will help us in our relegation battle this season. Our problem is, that we think we're bigger and better than we actually are, and that we have a given right to be in this league. Look at Bristol City, how many of you can honestly say they'd be were they are this season? No-one would've gave them a hope of that, but with a bit of togetherness and hard work, it shows that you can go places. Also, we just haven't been good enough.
MikeyT Posted 27 February 2008 Posted 27 February 2008 NOT PLAYING MATTY FRYATT!!! There's your problem. Ummmmm, No!
Finchy Posted 27 February 2008 Posted 27 February 2008 Our problem is, that we think we're bigger and better than we actually are, and that we have a given right to be in this league. No we know how hard it must be for Forest fans , they still think they have a given right to be in the Champions League, never mind the Championship.
Daggers Posted 27 February 2008 Posted 27 February 2008 Everything went tits up after Elvis dicked over his ankle
lavrentis Posted 27 February 2008 Posted 27 February 2008 Sounds all a bit chicken to me... God that's made me hungry
Suffolk_fox Posted 27 February 2008 Posted 27 February 2008 100% so far say wings - no shock there! Getting the ball into the danger area where we can score from will produce goals. Imagine Stevie Lynex or Tommy Wright tear-arsing down the wing and floating cross after cross in....
Asha Posted 27 February 2008 Posted 27 February 2008 Yeah wings. We have better strikers than our league position suggests. We were all quick to knock Cort yet he never got a decent cross
Fez of Mahrez Posted 27 February 2008 Posted 27 February 2008 Yeah, because that will help us in our relegation battle this season. Our problem is, that we think we're bigger and better than we actually are, and that we have a given right to be in this league. And to be honest, I don't think it's any coincidence that they have two excellent wingers in McIndoe and Sproule. We've got a solid spine, we could do with someone with pace to stretch teams out wide. We're one-dimensional and that dimension is slow.
DanTheFoxBhoy Posted 28 February 2008 Posted 28 February 2008 What's happened to Zsolt? He was pure sex on his debut, then the singularity that is Leicester City appears to have sucked the light from him.
Raj Posted 28 February 2008 Posted 28 February 2008 So the solution to 4 years of shite has been the wingers eh??? Great!
Thracian Posted 28 February 2008 Posted 28 February 2008 What's happened to Zsolt? He was pure sex on his debut, then the singularity that is Leicester City appears to have sucked the light from him. I imagine he always been like that. Able to produce "a good interview" and a disapppointment thereafter. I've suspected it from the start really because of how quickly his mother club were prepared to put him out on loan and potentially agree a fee for him. As for the "problem", we had a perfectly good goalscoring winger from the start but didn't have the good faith to use him. We always think the grass is greener somewehere else and if we're going to continue thinking like that I wish we'd get people in who can recognise talent at the right time. Cos there's precious little been arriving here these last four years. Journeymen galore but talent? Fulop and Alnwick were/are loanees, there's a few who have ability but are way past their best, Campbell maybe, but who else? Think back to the MON days for comparisons. Then we had specialists who were outsanding at their jobs. Guppy, Heskey, Lennon, Izzett, Elliott, Kaamark, Cottee and so on... Now we just seem to go around scavenging discards and indifferent foreign wannabees.
The People's Hero Posted 28 February 2008 Posted 28 February 2008 Is it possible for me to care less? No. No it isn't.

I've suspected it from the start really because of how quickly his mother club were prepared to put him out on loan and potentially agree a fee for him. Hmm, I have to agree, I think he's a very temperamental player!! Our problems is not just the wings, we as a club have a stale smell of ineptitude, which the players reak(pardon my spelling) of. I personally think needs a complete overhaul, no one player has been consistant!!!
The People's Hero Posted 28 February 2008 Posted 28 February 2008 GRADEL GRADEL GRADEL. FOR FU CK SAKE, THE ANSWER IS OBVIOUS. GRADEL ME UP AND DO IT NOW.
