Raj Posted 10 March 2008 Posted 10 March 2008 Bananas are just apples in disguise (and funky wrapping). No.You are thinking about Pears. They are like apples in disguise. Banananananan are like courgettes in disguise. Apples sound like pineapples. And peaches are plums.

davieG Posted 10 March 2008 Posted 10 March 2008 Ollie is on a one year contract and whether we stay up or go down de will be replaced at the end of the season Official Statement Posted on: Fri 23 Nov 2007Leicester City Chairman Milan Mandaric this evening (Thursday) unveiled Ian Holloway as the club's new manager. Holloway, 44, has signed a three-and-a-half-year-contract with the club and will take charge of the side for the first time on Saturday when the Foxes face Bristol City at Ashton Gate. Babylon Posted 10 March 2008 Posted 10 March 2008 Ollie is on a one year contract and whether we stay up or go down de will be replaced at the end of the season One? and how do you work that out?
AyewJoking Posted 10 March 2008 Posted 10 March 2008 MM has just about ran out of luck. Even if he does sack Ollie before we are actually relegated who's to say that a new manager will make the players perform well enough to survive in such a short space of time?
Babylon Posted 10 March 2008 Posted 10 March 2008 MM has just about ran out of luck. Does he even have any... from what I can see he has been lucky once in football.
davieG Posted 10 March 2008 Posted 10 March 2008 Does he even have any... from what I can see he has been lucky once in football. Twice - Recruiting Redknapp twice
Phube Posted 10 March 2008 Posted 10 March 2008 I saying he'll sack him after this summer's transfer window! So the next manager can blame Ollie for everything, and not get promotion again!
Daggers Posted 10 March 2008 Author Posted 10 March 2008 I saying he'll sack him after this summer's transfer window! So the next manager can blame Ollie for everything, and not get promotion again! It's the Leicester way
Fat Ron Posted 10 March 2008 Posted 10 March 2008 You could buy a lot of fruit for that.Lineker will be turning in his grave. Linekers dead??
demon_dog Posted 10 March 2008 Posted 10 March 2008 Pointless to get rid of Ollie, MM made the mess we are in before the season even started, hope he realises this and lets Ollie continue doing his job.
shiv Posted 10 March 2008 Posted 10 March 2008 He'll be gone before Hull if we fail to lift 4 points. Can anyone seriously see MM sitting back and watching the slide into League 1? tbh i think MM has more of a chance of leaving than ollie
MPH Posted 10 March 2008 Posted 10 March 2008 you didnt give an option that says he wont be sacked. who knows... we might servive this season get promoted and he might end up going on to bigger things... Yes, i know its unlikely.... But things do change!
Rich Fox Posted 10 March 2008 Posted 10 March 2008 I reckon if we lose tomorrow and on Saturday then Ollie will be gardening. Good gardeners are hard to find wonder if i should give him a call. Not sure though hed probably spend too much time woffleing on and i bet he would want a day off to see bristol rovers in the cup final, he may as well stay at city.
Head Honcho Posted 10 March 2008 Posted 10 March 2008 ...........so no one thinks he'll be gone by Wednesday then?
Daggers Posted 10 March 2008 Author Posted 10 March 2008 tbh i think MM has more of a chance of leaving than ollie If there was an offer for the club, I don't doubt it for a second. But only a mad, incompetent fool would consider doing such a thing...at least, that was the case the last time someone bought the club.
Daggers Posted 10 March 2008 Author Posted 10 March 2008 ...........so no one thinks he'll be gone by Wednesday then? The more I've considered it mate - the more I think tomorrow is make or break. IF Mandy is going to get rid then a loss tomorrow would surely be the catalyst - but I don't think he'll have the replacement ready for Saturday and so he'd go after the trip to Brum. After all this the bastards will go get a damn result on the south coast and really mess everything up.
Nationwider Posted 10 March 2008 Posted 10 March 2008 Big Sam in a week on Wednesday after tea. I think if it's a big tea (shepherd's pie [two helpings] with roasties and three veg, for example), we might reasonably expect any announcement to be left until Thursday morning.
filbertboy Posted 10 March 2008 Posted 10 March 2008 I reckon if we lose tomorrow and on Saturday then Ollie will be gardening. Get the wellies ready Ollie you made need em mate !
ASH17LCFC Posted 10 March 2008 Posted 10 March 2008 Milan do the right thing and sack him now. Start again please. Davies would show ya how to get a team up the league without making jokes and making excuses.
ASH17LCFC Posted 11 March 2008 Posted 11 March 2008 Infinity and beyong To league one if we stick with this idiot.
