Has had a name change, some decent girls on there tbh, like that one on 941 last night.

Never knew Watership Down was so fascinating.

Watched Sherlock Holmes last night.

What was that all about? Good CGI and sets but the storyline was rubbish and the characters 2 dimensional. Not worth my subscription to LoveFilm.

There's a program about Ray Readon at 80 years old. He started player when he was a miner. He was a copper as well.

The most courageous raid of WW2, BBC2 right now and after this the story of HMS Hood

Always find these things fascinating, of a 13 man team, 10 men started out and after 1 day only only 4 were left. Only 2 got back.

Now onto CH4 for How the Bismark sank the Hood.

Looking forward to 'How the Bismarck sank HMS Hood'.

My grandad served in the navy during WWII & I was told of some kind of association between his ship & the Bismarck. I used to go round saying "my Grandad sunk the Bismarck" without knowing too much about it. I have since discovered & researched the story a lot further. He served on HMS Suffolk, heavily involved in the Battle of the Denmark Strait just off Iceland. It engaged the Bismarck a couple of times & tracked it long enough for other ships to arrive.....which saw the loss of HMS Hood & the eventual loss of the Bismarck.

Remember my mother showing me a picture of her uncle that served in the RAF during those dark times, he looked very young.
