Free Falling Foxes Posted 11 April 2008 Posted 11 April 2008 I'm suprised the vote (currently) is for him to stay if we go down. Why-o-fecking why? What evidence is there he'll ever do any good?
kevinwpratt Posted 11 April 2008 Posted 11 April 2008 I'm suprised the vote (currently) is for him to stay if we go down.Why-o-fecking why? What evidence is there he'll ever do any good? What evidence is there that ANY manager will do any good? A manager with a track record can still come in and screw things up......
dandannieldanok Posted 11 April 2008 Posted 11 April 2008 Because he took his shoes off.........................
Benji Posted 11 April 2008 Posted 11 April 2008 We've got 4 games left, who the fk will make any difference now Let's finish this sh1te season first and see where we are in 4 weeks
Fez of Mahrez Posted 11 April 2008 Posted 11 April 2008 His best player has been out all season with an ankle injury.
SamL Posted 11 April 2008 Posted 11 April 2008 I'm suprised the vote (currently) is for him to stay if we go down.Why-o-fecking why? What evidence is there he'll ever do any good? To be fair, what evidence is there to suggest he won't turn things around? The guy has to be given time. You're a complete idiot. His best player has been out all season with an ankle injury. I hear the player you speak of goes by the name of (ankle)
Daggers Posted 11 April 2008 Posted 11 April 2008 Because most people want him to stay, me included...and that's good enough for most cash-concious Chairmen. Because I don't believe in 'instant success' - we need a period of consolidation. Because he is genuinely appreciative of the vocal support he receives. Because he got Stearman playing football. Because I like him. Because I'd rather spend money on players this summer than on his pay-off. Because he is honest about the shortcomings. Because he gave us Barry Hayles.
Uncle Albert Posted 11 April 2008 Posted 11 April 2008 Holloway should be kept as manager because when he turns things around next season him and all us Leicester fans can have a laugh at twa*s like you. Simple really.

And didn't he give the Sappleman his debut too?
Head Honcho Posted 11 April 2008 Posted 11 April 2008 In the style of DB11 "he must be a good manager he's got Plymouth where they are now and he ain't an immigrant! cus he works hard"
dog_4 Posted 11 April 2008 Posted 11 April 2008 because he inherited a crap side for his first ten games and also the worst pitch in the league. Give him a break people

C-man Posted 11 April 2008 Posted 11 April 2008 We need stability. We could do a lot worse. I'd like to see a manager be given the opportunity to become a cult hero. Much like I'd like to see players become cult heroes. We can sing songs about Ollie.

Plus Because he knows a good footballer when he sees one. Because I and many others trust his signings. Because I like him Because you don't suddenly turn from a decent manager to a shit one over night.
Cheese Me Posted 11 April 2008 Posted 11 April 2008 Stability!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We've had far too many managers. One needs to be given time to build a proper squad / team / mentality and get them playing. Ollie is as good as any we've had for ages (MON?) and should be given at least the whole of next season to show what he can do.
maddog Posted 11 April 2008 Posted 11 April 2008 I will be shocked if Milan doesn't sack Ollie at the end of the season. His record is worser than any manager we have had in years and years and years.
purpleronnie Posted 11 April 2008 Posted 11 April 2008 Because his signings are better than the last load of managers we've had. Has a great record at smaller clubs. Only need a decent striker to make us a good side. Besides Who the hell else is there out there to manage us?
i luv u foxes Posted 11 April 2008 Posted 11 April 2008 keep him he must have something bout him look what he did for plymouth with no money to spend depending if we stay up give him a bit of money and he should come good hes already made couple of good signings (not including hayles)
Head Honcho Posted 11 April 2008 Posted 11 April 2008 I will be shocked if Milan doesn't sack Ollie at the end of the season. His record is worser than any manager we have had in years and years and years. Agreed
Joe. Posted 11 April 2008 Posted 11 April 2008 I'm sure we could do a lot worse than Ian Holloway. Success doesn't just happen like that, you should all know from the list of manager's we've had that have failed since the O'Neiil era. It's as if some of you just expect a new manager to waltz right in and bring instant success. I have faith in Holloway if he is allowed the summer to bring in more of his own players, and ship out some of the shite we've got lying around the club. Then if the results aren't coming next season maybe it should be reconsidered. But not until then.

Very true i was walking past the Walkers the other day and i saw MM crossing the road and at the same time an old lady was crossing with lots of bags she was struggling, MM saw and said can you manage? too which the old women replied Fcuk off i dont want the job.
