It looks like your grandads accidentally put on your Pompey shirt instead of his usual chequered no.

PS. Whats in his other hand??

NEWS FLASH!

Steve McClaren has been spotted at the Walkers again...

Word on the street is that Milan is bringing him in as Director of Football

What street is that news on?

Sesame street?

Nice one Milan, you sit there and wait for all the mugs to renew their season tickets then make your big disappointing announcement (IH stays)...

Shrewd business my friend...

A lot of big time ££ punters are not chuffed with Holloway possibly staying and they are letting the club/MM know

I think he will be seeing how many ST etc are sold, if a decent amount IH stays.

I believe he needs to shift his ass though, many fans are preparing themselves for not going to games, need to act before they are lost.

Not buying a ticket is the only way of getting your voice herd.

Hold fire until the 11th hour

I will order mine as soon as i find out he's had the bullet.

If not Loughborough Dynamo it is.

Agree with everything, soon as Ollie goes. I will buy a season ticket.

McLaren has been doing coaching courses at the Walkers so don't read anything into that.

Holloways out, the interview makes it so obvious.

I saw the interview on SSN and never is it made obvious he will sack Ollie.

hmmm.... i dunno...

if he's gonna sack him, he needs to do it soon, we've just released 6 players, and we need to get a manager settled in, and we need to make some (quality?) signings.

If Holloway goes, its back to square one though...

I think Holloway is staying.... MM has never taken this long to think about cutting a manager out, AND, i'm thinking Holloway had something to do with those six players that left....

who knows... lets get it sorted out soon though, ive had enough of all the CR*P going on at our club, put your handbags away and do something to get our club back up to the premiership!

I wouldn't dismiss the fact that he might still be looking to offload the club yet. So why hand any potential buyer an advantage by making the club look in freefall and disarray? Milan Mandaric might be a chairman of the highest ineptitude but as a businessman he knows how to strike a deal to his advantage. Keeping Ian Holloway in limbo is just a diversionary tactic, in my opinion.

It's that or he's sounding out other managers.

Just seen the interview, the people saying he's deffo going to sack Ollie are talking bollocks. It seems like he's still keeping his options open. I think if Ollie was going he would of been gone by now.

Also how shit are sky sports? "Levein didn't last long under Milan", "Martin Allen didn't even get to the begining of the season!" no mention of Rob Kelly.

I've heard that McClaren may come in as Director of football aswell from a reliable source, and then there is someone to step in for Holloway if it doesn't work out. Makes sense, that there's a plan in action incase it doesn't work.

Milans waiting for the begining of June because thats when the early bird prices end so when he sacks holloway and gets another manager in more fans will by a season ticket at the higher prices thinking the club is moving forward.

........... just a thought

Great, So lets go even worse than last year and summer and get a manager even later, with even less time and more of a rush at getting a half decent team together...This obviously if Holloway does get the push.

I'm glad for once Milan is considering and giving himself time to think but is this really for the best, I know alot of action doesn't have until June time but you have Holloway wondering if he should even bother preparing or planning for who he wants to sign (Or try to) and do next season, Or you bring someone in new who hasn't really got a clue what has gone on here, what type of players we have here, how these type of player play, e.t.c.

Last summer all over again.

A late Martin Allen appointment,

Rushed signings,

Relegation.

Please Milan, just sort it out, one minute it's business as usual, next minute it's I'll decide in June.

Why wait until June, are you trying to see if potential replacements turn you down??

Our club is not short of being a joke,

There is an air of farce about it all, isn't there?

The only air I can detect is reminiscent of many a long summer day's toilet at Glastonbury.

Seen the interview now.

I have never believed that the "business as usual" term meant Ollie was still in a job. It was posted on here by someone that this meant he had to get on with certain duties now whilst Milan was reviewing everything.

I really don't see that much has changed except Milan has said this now.
