Shrenchel Posted 18 June 2008 Posted 18 June 2008 I would say decent bit of business as long as the incoming boss doesn't play Peter Taylor in the transfer market or Milan just sits on the cash.
MC Prussian Posted 18 June 2008 Posted 18 June 2008 I would say decent bit of business as long as the incoming boss doesn't play Peter Taylor in the transfer market or Milan just sits on the cash. I think it'll be spent covering those amazingly lucrative agents' fees...!
SamL Posted 18 June 2008 Posted 18 June 2008 Shame to see him go, could've done a good job in this division. Good luck to him, he has always done what was asked of him even if he did make the odd mistake.
Joe. Posted 18 June 2008 Posted 18 June 2008 Good luck McAuley, I'm disappointed to see him leave. He's definitely one of the better players we've got and he'll be a good signing for Ipswich.
Joe. Posted 18 June 2008 Posted 18 June 2008 You can all continue to pin your hopes on Worley too now...
Samilktray Posted 18 June 2008 Posted 18 June 2008 You can all continue to pin your hopes on Worley too now... Lathaniel Rowe-Turner.
Toby or not Toby Posted 18 June 2008 Posted 18 June 2008 You can all continue to pin your hopes on Worley too now... Some people are getting excited about him, but I dont feel he is ready yet for regular starting, should be ok as back up though, as in the role N'Gotty played towards end of season.
Kilworthfox Posted 18 June 2008 Posted 18 June 2008 Cheereo He was not exactly class! He was a decent player for the Championship but we don't need him for Div 3. Worley is younger and has a skinhead! That goes far in 3

Leicester's 12th Man Posted 18 June 2008 Posted 18 June 2008 No suprise he's gone look at this club, no manager, no direction and Milan. A decent fee but why oh why has Milan sold him why not get his manager in and then let him make the descion
Monk Posted 18 June 2008 Posted 18 June 2008 Thanks for that goal at Chelsea, but otherwise, bye bye! Nice bit of business and we can certainly replace him with that kind of money

morris1234 Posted 18 June 2008 Posted 18 June 2008 no offence but weve knocked players before and theyve turned out good. how do we know worley cant step up, weve seen him in one game and to be honest im fed up of having players that have talent that are getting shoved in the reserves why do you think dodds wants to go? ok dodds isnt exactly a world beater but still we treat players like crap even before theyve had a chance to prove themselves! Anyway i thought mcauley was a good player cheers gareth!!

morris1234 Posted 18 June 2008 Posted 18 June 2008 Worley played poor against Stoke, infact he was shocking. agreed he did look lost but thrown into a game whereby we had to win to stay up and stoke had to win to go up it wouldnt have been very easy for the lad! i think he needs somebody to believe in him and thats what i will expect from the new mananger. i dont want these young lads brought in for one game, do well, puts them in another afterwards, dont do as well, and then never will we see them again!
