Any team, home or away, to whom defeat would not bring undue grief and/or embarassment.

Last season's cup run cost us the services of Clarke and Porter, causing serious damage to our league campaign. We daren't risk a repeat this time around, especially as we've already lost Mattock for a while.

Why do they seed it?

Wankers.

Iirc the reason seeding was introduced was to give the small clubs a better chance of drawing one of the big teams at home.
