Closing in on successive Prem titles, 8 clear of Man City with 5 to play. Also in with a real chance of getting 100 points in the Prem, only lost to Chelsea so far :fc: .

As city?

Yup. Though I'm making hard work of it. A 0-0 draw with Albion followed by a 3-2 reverse at Old Trafford means Man City are now 3 points behind with a superior goal difference.

2 games left, need 4 pionts to win the title, but just lost arguably my player of the season Ivan Rakitic for 4 months.

Oh those remaining two games: Arsenal and Chelsea  :please: .

EDIT: Just lost Zapata on fecking international duty, might have to give a 17 year old his 1st team debut vs the Arsenal  .

Wouldn't be Leicester without making hard work of it. Managed to hold Chelsea to a 1-1 despite being battered all game to achieve this:

Wish i was playing Fm right now :(

As it's my day off, I'm tempted to not do anything that would benefit my life or be interesting and play FM all day before watching the footy later  .

just had an epic game with leeds in the paint trophy final went 1-0 down then 1-1, 2-1 down then 2-2, 3-2 down right at the end, pushed the midfield forward and howard scored in extra time 3-3. then oakley curled a freekick round the wall to make it 3-4 in the last minute  job done

Think I've decided I'm going to do a game in the Portugese league.

Problem being my favourite Portugese team is Sporting (they play in green, duh!) but that'd be too easy. They've an awesome squad in this.

Try Italian Serie B instead with some crap squad. That's quite a good challenge, especially once you get promoted!

Did it in FM07, really, really can't get into Italian football.

mighty shots nearly up!

2 games left me and darlington on 84 points but i have far superioir goal difference, with the most goals score din the league and the second least conceded.

barnet in 3rd with a last dash up the table, they have 81 points.

im playing wycombe in 19th and cheltenham 20th.

darlington have chesterfield 17th and crawley bottom, they only have 8 points all season lol lol lol lol

The league I've actually enjoyed the most (in FM 08), challenge-wise was the French Ligue 1. I don't know if it was simply the fact that we were two players (thus more competition for talent, or that we chose the 5 major leagues (which seemed to heighten competition for players even further) that was the reason for it. Or the fact that the reputation of the French league/clubs is very very hard to build and maintain!! In 6 seasons, I didn't manage to win the league with Toulouse. My friend only managed it twice with PSG (admittedly they have more potential). Marseille and Lyon (and the CL and UEFA Cup) were challenges throughout.

bollox, finished 2nd in the end, drew 6 out of last 10 games. oh well, was predicted 17th so not bad lol

already resigned after becoming an aldershot legend, rejected their contract! i would have ony come straight back down, i had no money and was in debt.

sold players but didnt see any of it.

wanted to go to blackpool but they somehow stayed up, preston derby and petebrough relegated from champ. prestion would be great but dont look like they are going to sack roeder!

derby job available. should i go for it??

probably wouldnt be much of a challenge in league 1, plus its derby, do i betray city like that?

My Champions League group last season was Barca, Lyon and Kobenhavn. Won the group too, but got beaten by Milan in the 1st knockout round.

This year I have Real, Sporting Portugal and Lazio  . Going to need a bit of luck again :fc: .

It's not at Lazio it's at my luck of the draw for the second year running  . And for the record Sporting CP stands for Sporting Club de Portugal  . Not Sporting Lisbon as many refer to them.
