Newcastle Saga

Kinnear strikes me as being a bit dim. He comes across defensive, paranoid and taking himself way too seriously. Who does he think he is? After 8 games he’ll be totally forgotten again and no one will care.

He's the one who looks like the **** to me.

Funny though.

Kinnear just lost it big time.

lol

Fair play to him.

Journalists are C***s.

How are they in this case?! lol

Kinnear should be able to control himself in these situations, although I'm so glad he can't. It all adds to the fun that is Newcastle United at the moment.

I just have a severe dislike for Journalists that's all.

Spin doctor's the lot of them.

I understand they have jobs to do, fair enough.

Whilst Kinnear has to be able to control himself, I actually find his anger warranted, In respect to the personal things that have been said about him.

I know I would be a little hacked off.

All in all like people are saying, Newcastle United are a joke and Kinnear will more than likely contribute further to the cause.

Many journalists are wankers but Kinnear is not doing himself any favours by having a go at them in that way. Calling them c*nts and telling them to f**k off is hardly going to inspire them into changing the way they think about and report on him is it?

He had a heart attack back in 1999 so he should take it easy and do what most people do and just ignore the press. Water off a ducks back is the best policy and the one that means both sides can carry on with their jobs in relative harmony.

Like Joe. though I'm all up for seeing more of this. It's brilliant for the neutral.

I'm proud of you, Joe.

Not the most constructive way of criticizing, but if you gonna go all guns blazing at these filthy journalist, this is the way to do it.

The press had already made their mind up in regards to Joe and if he thinks they are bad now, wait till Newcastle lose against Everton on Sunday. They gonna tear him a new arsehole.

That was very funny. I feel for Kinnear a bit (although calling them c*nts was probably a tad harsh), the journalists were'nt asking questions for the main part of the press conference, instead basically telling him how to manage.

Kinnear is a joke. An old, fat arrogant joke.

He achieved precious little in his managerial career and now bold as brass, he marches in to The Toon as Mr Fixit.

What a greedy **** - and what an utter lack of class he just displayed in that press conference. Well played Joe - because the way to get the nasty, mean press boys off your back is to swear at them a few dozen times. My, how they'll respect you now Joe!

Stupid twat'll get a big, fat paycheck and a coronary for his troubles.

... and seriously, wipe that massive bird shit off your head, you dumb cockney chancer.

Not a fan of Joe then?

Journalists are C***s.

There are some bloody good journalists and some brave ones too. And no matter how bad, misguided, treacherous or self-serving a journalist is, that's no way to respond if you're the manager of a Premiership football club representing yourself, your club and your staff.

Sadly it seems Newcastle have no class any more either on the pitch or off it.

In fact they seem to have had very little since Sir Bobby Robson was kicked onto the scrapheap. How sad and embarrassed he must be.

I might not be the biggest fan of Kinnear (or the smallest, judging from this thread) but considering the kind of stuff said about him in the papers I can understand the reaction and sympathise with the guy even if its clearly not going to do him any good and he's not good enough.

a sky sports poll names Joe Kinnear as the worst caretaker appointment ever..... Ian Huntley came a close second...

No need for that mate, totally uncalled for.
