carterfox90 Posted 9 November 2008 Posted 9 November 2008 first time i've seen the goals kings was superb 'goal of the season ?' fryatts miss :crylaugh: :giggle: :giggle:
SamL Posted 9 November 2008 Posted 9 November 2008 You'd think the commentator was in love with Fryatt by the way he was talking about him. Three good goals there in my opinion, although King's was obviously the best. I'm not sure how Fryatt missed that open goal. Thanks again for the highlights DavieG.
Anish Posted 9 November 2008 Posted 9 November 2008 Thanks Davieg. Some good goals, especially King's. Fryatt's miss was hilarious!!
Corky Posted 9 November 2008 Posted 9 November 2008 Why didn't they show Howard's skill in the first half where he knocked the ball round two players and had his shot blocked?
Simi Posted 9 November 2008 Posted 9 November 2008 Second goal is quality, great move. Matty "Goal Ace Natural Finisher" Fryatt's miss was an absolute shocker.
Finnegan Posted 9 November 2008 Posted 9 November 2008 I must admit, the first time I saw it from the far-out angle something quite didn't seem right about it. It didn't look so measured, so intended. But the behind-the-goal angle really shows the intent and the technique. All fairness, that's a quality finish.
maddog Posted 9 November 2008 Posted 9 November 2008 The king goal was a beaut but arguably the other 2 are just as good. Oakley keeping the ball in for the first and Fryatts skill and cross, and superb 1 touch passing for the other. Why the fook can't we pass it around like that in the league games.

Why the fook can't we pass it around like that in the league games. Agreed, all 3 goals were good and probably up there with the best we've scored this season. It seems in the league we're afraid to try any of the passing that brought the 2nd goal.
Matt Posted 9 November 2008 Posted 9 November 2008 Just watched East Midlands Today, They didn't have any of the goals from yesterday and didn't even mention, I thought fair enough BBC would have to pay ITV to show the goals (I think). So watch ITV Central News, The showed 2 of our goals (Missed King's goal out ...Why would you do that? ), Then how inconsistent is this - The shown 2 of our goals, then shown all the games for the next round but didn't say our game? It's not the end of the world just abit annoying when sometimes we're mentioned, sometimes we're not, sometimes you only get half a story. It's always been the same why should we expect any different I suppose.
Head Honcho Posted 9 November 2008 Posted 9 November 2008 Andy Kings Goal - Goal Of The Season. Don't be ridiculous I doubt it'll be goal of the round!
l444ry Posted 9 November 2008 Posted 9 November 2008 I hate chelsea dagger Perhaps everyone could... sort of boo when they play it... and upset the Fat Controller. It works for Boo Weekley.
JakeShingler Posted 9 November 2008 Posted 9 November 2008 Perhaps everyone could... sort of boo when they play it... and upset the Fat Controller. It works for Boo Weekley. But that means we boo are own goals
Jack Posted 9 November 2008 Posted 9 November 2008 Perhaps everyone could... sort of boo when they play it... and upset the Fat Controller. It works for Boo Weekley. That's probably the daftest thing I've ever heard.
l444ry Posted 9 November 2008 Posted 9 November 2008 That's probably the daftest thing I've ever heard. Think laterally then.
