AoWW Posted 18 November 2008 Posted 18 November 2008 Stella, Grolsch, Kronenbourg & Carling. Grolsch is
Lillehamring Posted 18 November 2008 Posted 18 November 2008 i used to really like draft carling, but the stuff you get in cans nowadays is truly dreadful, even worse, the supemarket near where i work sell it for four quid a can (expensive even for here!) london pride is the thames, and so is london pride...probably. i had soem beer tonight that was pretty tasty (draft pils) but has the worst name, it is called 'Borg'

Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 19 November 2008 Posted 19 November 2008 Bud and Carling are the worst beers out there. Never a truer word spoken. Diluted water.
filbertway Posted 19 November 2008 Posted 19 November 2008 Anyone with a bad word against coors deserves aids and no less.
Floating Fox Posted 19 November 2008 Posted 19 November 2008 Budweiser is a very nice tasting beer. People who sayit tastes bad have never actually tried it and just slate it because everyone else does.I thought the same until i purchased a few bottles. Budweiser is a shit beer, tastes average and is made with the worst ingredients possible. Grolsch... Grolsch is nice, on tap even better. Ya know what, i'm dying to try Budvar. You do realise it is in no way related to american Budweiser? Kronenbourg , Tuborg and Holsten pills are pretty shite imo Average. Plenty worse! Warsteiner Behave, you gimp. Fosters is the spawn of the devil... Budweiser is pretty bad, but is drinkable. Same with Coors, it's really refreshing but not a great beer at all. Fosters is ok, re-freshing and cheap. Better than most mainstream generic beers. Coors and Budweiser and woefull, taste like water after a pint of something strong. Bud and Carling are the worst beers out there. I like you. Anyone with a bad word against coors deserves aids and no less. Only 'cus you can't drink beer that actually tastes of something. Coors will probably give you Aids, the shit they put in it.
Dr The Singh Posted 19 November 2008 Posted 19 November 2008 Any low calorie or non alcohol\very low alcohol beer tastes like watery piss!!!
Number 6 Posted 19 November 2008 Posted 19 November 2008 Carlsberg & Carling have to be my worst. Not a huge 1664 fan either. And any wheat beer is disgusting. Usually drink Export, Becks Vier, or Fursty Ferret (if I am supermarket shopping).
Lillehamring Posted 19 November 2008 Posted 19 November 2008 Any low calorie or non alcohol\very low alcohol beer tastes like watery piss!!! Clausthaler isn't too bad actually, kind of a honeyish flavour, but certainly as good as some 'real' beers <_<
Lovejoy Posted 19 November 2008 Posted 19 November 2008 I'm not a fan of Carlsberg, but in town it's dirt cheap, so one can get royally fcuked on it (relatively) cheaply .
Webbo Posted 19 November 2008 Posted 19 November 2008 i'd sooner have bad beer than good wine / cider Amen to that brother. Really not keen on Pedigree, smells like someone has shat in your glass.
Big Bad Fox Posted 19 November 2008 Author Posted 19 November 2008 thats the good stuff mate... im joking if you didnt catch the sarcasm i think we've found our winner the worst beer on FT is Tesco Value lager i would honestly rather drink sterile urine than that
potter3 Posted 20 November 2008 Posted 20 November 2008 I had this when it was at room temperature too
lildave3 Posted 20 November 2008 Posted 20 November 2008 I had this when it was at room temperature too I really don't know what you were expecting.
Unabomber Posted 20 November 2008 Posted 20 November 2008 I'm not a fan of Carlsberg, but in town it's dirt cheap, so one can get royally fcuked on it (relatively) cheaply . You might as well not drink if Carlsberg gets you drunk.
Matt Posted 30 November 2008 Posted 30 November 2008 It's not beer but Koppaberg Pear Cider I wanted to see what all the fuss was about with all these Pear Cider's tried some the other week (Can't remember the brand) and that wasn't too bad, Wouldn't drink it too often but it was ok, but someone said the best Pear Cider was this Koppaberg, It's fecking rank. I'm still drinking it, but it's my first and last time I will. I'm not a huge Cider drinker anyway but Apple Cider all the way.
Thracian Posted 30 November 2008 Posted 30 November 2008 Fosters. Well you wouldn't want a second sip!
Benji Posted 30 November 2008 Posted 30 November 2008 Becks smells like piss, drinking it is just unthinkable
Corky Posted 30 November 2008 Posted 30 November 2008 Special Brew. I tried it in my 'tramp' days and I didn't like it.
Lillehamring Posted 30 November 2008 Posted 30 November 2008 Special Brew. I tried it in my 'tramp' days and I didn't like it. i once made a punch out of Special Brew, Glenfiddich and some chunks of apple... not nice.
act smiley Posted 30 November 2008 Posted 30 November 2008 Whats with all the hate for Fosters and Carlsberg? They're not great, but I find them bearable. Budweiser at least tastes of nothing rather than stale piss like Carling. Can't stand that stuff, even Stella is better. I have a hunch that the worst thing out there is either Tennants Super, or one of the own-brand 10p-a-can sorts - I'm not brave enough to go on a taste test though. Saying that, if its all types of beer rather than lager, I once had a porter at the uni beer festival that tasted like sewage. Absolutely foul stuff, couldn't even give it away.
