In the context of the game losing his wicket on this pitch isn't a big thing, but I'd have fancied him to be pushing well past the 200 mark tomorrow if he'd have stayed in.
Uncle Albert Posted 15 February 2009 Posted 15 February 2009 Thats alot more like it. Excellent stuff. Strauss was batting beautifully and was very pleasing to see Cook hit some runs aswell as Owais. Shah looked in good touch and was striking the ball very clean. These 3 knocks should now give KP, Collingwood and Flintoff the confidence to go out tomorrow and bat well and make this a high score that will be putting the Windies under pressure from the off if they want to win the Test match. Until we take 20 wickets though we wont look like winning a test match.
