If you read I said he is the nearest example I can give of someone who you would know. You recognise that Mike Riley gives the most cards and fouls in the Premiership because he takes the approach of the continental referees; how they officiate. It obviously seems to please UEFA too I don't claim to know everything there is about refereeing but I know a damn sight more than you do!

Agreed. Spain played fantastic for 20 minutes, around their first goal but the rest of the game was played at walking pace, by both sides. Both goals were avoidable, and we had a couple of half decent chances. Xavi and Iniesta are awesome though, and Ramos was fantastic too.
